Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. As part of her research thesis, she investigated the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, which she presented at the EFAD conference in Barcelona in 2011 and was ranked among the top 10 presentations. Furthermore, her work has been published in the EFAD e-journal: Angeli-Kilitsian M., Meintani J. Quality of Life in Greek Hemodialysis Patients Correlated with Anthropometric Evaluation, EFAD e-journal 2015;2(1):13-14. Panopoulos Panagiotis is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and head of the Dietetic and Counseling Center in Ilioupoli, a facility that also operates a Mental Health Counselor. Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Dr. Georgiou Aleksandra MSc, PhD is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist providing dietetic services at her private practice in Alimos since 2015. She holds a PhD and is a Scientific Collaborator at Harokopio University, with postgraduate and doctoral specialization in Clinical Nutrition, focusing on the nutritional management and treatment of diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, liver diseases, diabetes mellitus, nephropathies, among others. Throughout her studies, she was a scholarship recipient of the State Scholarship Foundation. She has worked as a collaborator at the Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia," offering dietetic guidance to children and adolescents with increased body weight, a service she continues to provide to children and their families at her private practice. Since 2014, she has concurrently worked as a scientific collaborator at Harokopio University, participating in the design and implementation of prevention programs and the assessment of phenomena and diseases related to nutrition, such as childhood obesity, diabetes mellitus, liver cirrhosis, etc. Additionally, she holds specialization as a Sports Nutrition Specialist under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, providing nutritional support to athletes and exercisers. Konstantinou Krini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Voula. Apart from her scientific training in the field of nutrition - dietetics (see biography) and her many years of experience in this field, she approaches the people who trust her in a human and friendly way. Through her training in life coaching, she focuses on the self-motivation of the people who trust her and on their self-commitment in order to achieve the goals they have set. Also, nutritional programs are always drawn up in collaboration with clients, taking into account particularities, preferences, health issues, working hours, medication, physical activity, and general lifestyle. Vamvakari Konstantina is a Dietitian-Nutritionist who has operated a private practice in Agios Dimitrios, Attica, since 2023. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Thessaly (formerly TEI of Thessaly) and is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists (HADN), holding a professional license. As part of her continuous education, she specialized with postgraduate studies in Clinical Nutrition at Harokopio University.

Marina Mougkridou MSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a private dietetic practice in Voula since 2001. She studied at the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She has collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens G. Gennimatas, the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Colorectal Group, as well as with a chain of gyms in Athens. She has extensively focused on childhood obesity and oxidative stress, and in 2012 conducted research on the social determinants influencing adolescents' dietary choices. She has participated as a speaker at scientific conferences and in public informational campaigns on nutrition topics. Xiotelis Ignatios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli while also conducting remote counseling sessions. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Vlaserou Olympia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of "Dietetics & Nutrition Science" at Harokopio University, and maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. She is a certified professional in eating disorders, having obtained the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD). For her thesis, she participated in the epidemiological MEDIS study (Mediterranean Islands Study), with a research focus on "Consumption of infusions and BMI in the elderly." During her internship, she collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra." She has worked as an independent associate in gyms in Athens, such as "Holmes Place." Additionally, she frequently delivers voluntary talks at kindergartens and schools and was a member of the local team of the Municipality of Argyroupoli - Attica, for the international program "PAIDIATROFI by EPODE." Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. She collaborates with the Gymnastics Stars gyms of Lefteris Petrounias and Vasiliki Millousi, and has previously worked with the Holmes Place and Curves Glyfada gyms. Additionally, she has served as a Dietitian at FIGURA CLINICA and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Aglaia Kyriakou as well as at the Municipal Nursery of Argyroupoli. Furthermore, she completed her postgraduate internship at the outpatient clinics of the General Children’s Hospital “Agia Sofia” as a Dietitian in the Clinic for the Management of Excess Body Weight.
