PHYSIOSTEPS - Karydis Nikolaos is a modern physiotherapy center located in Nea Kifisia, founded and scientifically directed by Physiotherapist Nikolaos Karydis. Giannoulakis Dimitris PT, OMPT, NDT is the founder and scientific director of the physiotherapy center Physio Giannoulakis, operating since 2017 in Athens.

He graduated as a physiotherapist in 2008 and is a certified physiotherapist in neurological physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, and acupuncture.

He has served as a head of rehabilitation centers in Greece and Germany, a permanent collaborator of a private hospital in Athens, and physiotherapist for football teams in Greece and abroad. He is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapy Association, a member of IFOMPT (International Federation of Manipulative Physical Therapists), and a member of HPSA (Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology). Varvagiannis Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist who conducts home visits. He is a certified physiotherapist specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders with many years of experience in providing personalized therapeutic programs tailored to the needs and goals of each patient. He focuses on the overall improvement of functionality, mobility, and quality of life, utilizing evidence-based practices, modern rehabilitation methods, and continuous professional development. He is distinguished by effective communication, empathy, and his ability to empower patients of all ages through prevention, education, and support in self-managing their symptoms.

PhysioSoul is a modern physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates center located in Glyfada. It is a fully equipped facility with wheelchair access, set in a comfortable and friendly environment. Physiosoul - Semprou Nansy is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she received advanced training in Manual Therapy. She provides all the necessary education in highly specialized rehabilitation therapies for neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Piskopaki Sofia is a Physiotherapy graduate from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, since 2014, and a registered member of the HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) as well as the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. She operates a physiotherapy center in Heraklion, Crete. In 2017, she completed her Master's program titled "Orthopedic Science and Rehabilitation" with a focus on Manual Therapy at the University of Nicosia. In her pursuit of new physiotherapy techniques, she completed studies in sports rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and subsequently attended a series of seminars on sports rehabilitation (Sports Physio) at HOMTD in Attica. Her master's in orthopedic rehabilitation motivated her to deepen her knowledge in acupuncture, leading her to complete studies in 2019 entitled "Acupuncture for Health Professionals" at the University of West Attica (PADE). Later, she earned the title of specialized clinical acupuncture instructor. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director of the Physiotherapy Department at the Metropolitan College of Heraklion. Since December 2022, she holds the OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Therapy) qualification from the internationally certified educational organization Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved). Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Vogiatzis Xarilaos is a Physiotherapist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree in Kinesiotherapy and Physical Education from the National Sports Academy of Sofia and has earned a PhD from the Department of Physiotherapy at the National Sports Academy of Sofia, Bulgaria. He received training in the Chinese Method and Acupuncture at the Physiotherapy Department of the Postgraduate Training Center of the National Sports Academy of Sofia. Additionally, he holds a diploma in the McKenzie Method for mechanical diagnosis and therapy, a diploma in Sujok Therapy from the Medicum College Free Studies Laboratory, and a diploma in manual Neurotherapy and Visceral Mobilization. He has worked as a laboratory associate at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, as an educator at the 1st Public IEK Thessaloniki, and as a Physiotherapist at the Hellenic Society for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Disabled Children in Thessaloniki. Finally, he regularly attends numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Gkliatis Georgios is a qualified Physiotherapist from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He has collaborated with the Military Hospital of Special Diseases 414, the Scientific Society of Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy of Greece, the Philoktitis Rehabilitation Center, as well as with the sports clubs G.S. Apollon Smyrnis PAE, O.A. Achilleas K. Acharnon, A.O. Pefkis, and A.O. Iliysiakos. He has participated in advanced training seminars for the diagnosis and classification of low back pain, cerebral palsy, prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, and specialized topics in the rehabilitation of stroke. He possesses extensive clinical experience applying valid and well-founded rehabilitation methods with modern equipment. He provides home physiotherapy treatments to patients within Attica for the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological cases. His aim is a personalized approach with empathy and respect for the individual needs of each patient, with the goal of immediate improvement in their functionality and quality of life.

Moraitou Martha is a Physiotherapist and operates her private physiotherapy clinic, Physio Core, which is contracted with the National Organization for the Provision of Health Services (E.O.P.Y.Y.), located in the center of Piraeus near the metro. She is a graduate of the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece and specializes in Manual Therapy, acupuncture, clinical Pilates, and kinesio taping. The physiotherapy clinic is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery such as TECAR therapy (radiofrequency therapy) and shock wave therapy (extracorporeal shock wave therapy). At the Physio Core Physiotherapy Laboratory, the goal is to implement a comprehensive therapeutic approach for both musculoskeletal conditions and injuries as well as neurological cases for the full rehabilitation of the patient.
