Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Είναι πιστοποιημένη ως : Υγειονομικός Βοηθός Γωνίας (Cutting School) και κάτοχος αναγνωρισμένου διπλώματος Thai massage από το Υπουργείο Παιδείας της Ταϊλάνδης και το Thai massage school of Chang Mai.

Είναι μέλος: του Πανελληνίου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας και της Bulgarian Association of Physiotherapists.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Physio Clinic Arvanitis - Arvanitis Foivos is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience and expertise in the field of Musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Thessaly (2010-2014). Parasxou Aggeliki is a Physiotherapist who operates a private center in Korydallos. She holds a degree from the Physiotherapy Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, with a specialization in acupuncture from the Hellenic Scientific Society of Algology at the University of West Attica, and training in Mulligan methods (Manual Therapy technique), PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation method), and Taping. Akis Loukopoulos is a Physiotherapist who operates a private rehabilitation clinic. Physiorebirth is a modern private physiotherapy center located in Kallithea, offering comprehensive rehabilitation, prevention, and wellness services. The center's objective is the holistic restoration of motor function, pain relief, and improvement of each patient's quality of life through individualized physiotherapy and exercise programs. She continuously enriches her knowledge by attending conferences and scientific seminars on specialized topics within the field of physiotherapy. Athanasiou Martha is a Physiotherapist. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed her clinical practice at the Attica General Hospital KAT. She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies. Her goal is the management and treatment of acute and chronic pain through a holistic and individualized physiotherapeutic approach. Through comprehensive medical history taking and detailed clinical evaluation, she designs and implements personalized treatment programs tailored to the needs and objectives of each patient, aiming to improve functionality and quality of life.

Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Varvagiannis Konstantinos is a Physiotherapist who conducts home visits. He is a certified physiotherapist specializing in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders with many years of experience in providing personalized therapeutic programs tailored to the needs and goals of each patient. He focuses on the overall improvement of functionality, mobility, and quality of life, utilizing evidence-based practices, modern rehabilitation methods, and continuous professional development. He is distinguished by effective communication, empathy, and his ability to empower patients of all ages through prevention, education, and support in self-managing their symptoms.

Soukos Dimitris is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Nea Filothei. He specializes in Manual Therapy, also known as chiropractic. Holargos Physio Center - Fotiadis Panagiotis is located in Holargos. Fotiadis Panagiotis was born in Piraeus and was an athlete in the Drapetsona basketball team, with a preliminary selection in the national team squad. He studied physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia, attended numerous seminars, and specialized in McKenzie and Bobath techniques. Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Είναι απόφοιτος του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Αττικής (ΠΑ.Δ.Α.) και προσφέρει εξειδικευμένες κατ' οίκον φυσικοθεραπείες . Με 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην κατ' οίκον αποκατάσταση και παράλληλα 6 χρόνια σε 2 ιδιωτικά φυσικοθεραπευτήρια της Αθήνας, ασχολούμενος με μυοσκελετικά και νευρολογικά περιστατικά , διαθέτει την κλινική γνώση και την πρακτική εμπειρία για να σας καθοδηγήσει αποτελεσματικά . Giannoulakis Dimitris PT, OMPT, NDT is the founder and scientific director of the physiotherapy center Physio Giannoulakis, operating since 2017 in Athens.

He graduated as a physiotherapist in 2008 and is a certified physiotherapist in neurological physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, and acupuncture.

He has served as a head of rehabilitation centers in Greece and Germany, a permanent collaborator of a private hospital in Athens, and physiotherapist for football teams in Greece and abroad. He is a member of the Panhellenic Physiotherapy Association, a member of IFOMPT (International Federation of Manipulative Physical Therapists), and a member of HPSA (Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology). He holds professional licenses to practice in Greece and Germany. He participates annually in seminars and conferences both in Greece and internationally.

Διαθέτει πτυχίο Φυσικοθεραπείας από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Αθηνών και πτυχίο Παραδοσιακής Κινεζικής Ιατρικής από το Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine της Κίνας. Ο ειδικός έχει εργαστεί στο Ιατρείο Πόνου του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Νίκαιας.
