Manolaraki Marina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private practice in Heraklion, Crete. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Sitia, Crete. During her career, she worked at Global Gym and YAVA fitness centers as a Nutritionist - Dietitian Consultant and collaborated with the General Hospital of Heraklion "Venizeleio – Pananeio". Currently, she is a member of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists and actively participates in lectures, interactive games, and summer nutrition camps organized by the Municipality of Heraklion. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Antigoni-Vasiliki Xalkia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Larisa. She holds a master's degree in Toxicology, eating disorders, and pediatric nutrition. Additionally, she has obtained a diploma in personalized nutrition through DNA analysis, a diploma in electroacupuncture and Chinese nutrition, sports nutrition, and special education. Concurrently, the specialist has also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is an NLP practitioner. She continues her educational journey with a PhD at the Medical Department of the University of Thessaly, aiming for both personal advancement and the advancement of the science she passionately serves. Tsilipakou Despoina is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a certified dietetic practice since 2015 in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition – Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She is also a final-year student of the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition, specializing in Clinical Nutrition" at Harokopio University – Department of Dietetics & Nutrition Science. She completed a postgraduate specialization program in Pediatric Nutrition "Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition" at EL.DE Studies and a training program in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" at the University of the Aegean, within the Mental and Community Health Program. During her training, she conducted scientific research on the measurement of basal metabolic rate and its correlation with physical activity and appetite. Kouna Eleutheria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Galatsi. She is a graduate of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom, and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition with a specialization in the Nutritional and Psychological Management of Eating Disorders and Obesity. Karinou Katerina MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and operates her private practice in Argyroupoli. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens, has completed a postgraduate program (MSc) at the Medical School of Athens, and has attended numerous continuing education seminars. Vroulou Sofia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist. She was born and raised in Ikaria. She has maintained a private practice in Galatsi since 1997. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and has specialized in the field of obesity. She participated in the program for mapping dietary habits throughout Greece, as well as in the 1st and 2nd cycles of the COZI program, which investigates childhood obesity at a pan-European level. Restemi Eugenia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Evosmos. She studied at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Sindos and completed her studies by submitting her thesis on "Malnutrition in Hospitalized Patients" at AHEPA Hospital of Thessaloniki, which was presented at the 8th Macedonian Congress on Nutrition and Dietetics in October 2008. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases.
