Η Κοκολοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, MSc με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και πραγματοποιεί επισκέψεις κατ' οίκον και online . Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις περιστατικών. Ύστερα από την πρακτική της άσκηση συνέχισε να εργάζεται στο ίδιο διαιτολόγιο γραφείο ως διατροφολόγος – διαιτολόγος. Η φιλοσοφία της βασίζεται στην πεποίθηση ότι η ψυχική υγεία παίζει πρωταρχικό ρόλο στην προσπάθεια για σωστή διατροφή και την υιοθέτηση νέων διατροφικών συνηθειών γιαυτό το λόγο δίνει ιδιαίτερη βάση στην ψυχολογική υποστήριξη και ενδυνάμωση των περιστατικών της μέσω της συμβουλευτικής. Στις συνεδρίες της προσφέρει έπειτα από την πλήρη λήψη διατροφικού και ιατρικού ιστορικού, διατροφική  εκπαίδευση, συμβουλευτική διατροφή, ανάλυση σύστασης σώματος, λιπομέτρηση και σωματομετρήσεις  σε  περιστατικά φυσιολογικών (παιδιά, έφηβοι, αθλητές, εγκύους, θηλάζουσες, άτομα τρίτης ηλικία κ.α) και παθολογικών καταστάσεων (παχυσαρκία, δυσλιπιδαιμία, αναιμία, διαβήτη, νόσο εντέρου κ.α). Τα προγράμματα  διατροφής είναι εξατομικευμένα και σχεδιάζονται με γνώμονα την καθημερινότητα και τις συνήθειες του διαιτώμενου. Τέλος αναλαμβάνει οικογενειακές συνεδρίες με στόχο την διατροφική εκπαίδευση για νέες υγιεινές διατροφικές συνήθειες  και διατροφική  παρακολούθηση όλων των μελών της οικογένειας, ιδιαίτερα των πιο μικρών μελών της.

Vlaserou Olympia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the Department of "Dietetics & Nutrition Science" at Harokopio University, and maintains a private practice in Ilioupoli. She is a certified professional in eating disorders, having obtained the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD). For her thesis, she participated in the epidemiological MEDIS study (Mediterranean Islands Study), with a research focus on "Consumption of infusions and BMI in the elderly." During her internship, she collaborated with the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra." She has worked as an independent associate in gyms in Athens, such as "Holmes Place." Additionally, she frequently delivers voluntary talks at kindergartens and schools and was a member of the local team of the Municipality of Argyroupoli - Attica, for the international program "PAIDIATROFI by EPODE." Finally, Ms. Vlaserou is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and the Hellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Grigoriou Vasiliki (Valia) is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, a graduate of Harokopio University and holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Glasgow. She operates private practices in Kolonaki and Thrakomakedones and directs the Model Dietetic Center "Nutricenter". She is the scientific head of nutrition at the 4th Oncology Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital and an external collaborator at Hygeia Hospital, specializing in oncological nutrition (gastrointestinal, lung, gynecological cancers) and reconstructive cases. She also has significant experience in bariatric cases, having collaborated with distinguished physicians such as Surgeon Konstantinos Albanopoulos and Plastic Surgeon Nektarios Ntountoulakis. Since early 2025, she has been active in the field of sports nutrition, supporting the Hellenic Olympic Rowing Federation. Additionally, she conducts nutrition seminars for employees at companies such as Nutricia, Danaos Shipping, Inditex, etc. Moreover, the specialist has extensive teaching experience, having worked for years in public and private IEKs (Institutes of Vocational Training). Finally, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians, actively participates in conferences, and is involved in print and electronic media, promoting the science of Nutrition with scientific credibility.  

Make Eat Happen Ioanna Papadopoulou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, MSc and operates a private practice in Dafni. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens.

In 2013, she obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health Nutrition from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at University College London.

From 2014 to 2016, she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units of the Mitera, Iaso, Rea, and Gaia Maternity Hospitals, specializing in enteral and parenteral nutrition. Since 2014, she has been working as a freelancer, designing personalized nutritional plans as well as providing advice and guidance to individuals seeking to manage their weight and improve their nutrition and health. Additionally, since 2017, she collaborates with Nutrimed, focusing on article writing and providing dietetic services and consultancy to companies.

She has attended and continues to attend numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to nutrition and health.

Sakketou Konstantina is a dietitian-nutritionist who maintains a private practice in Galatsi. She has specialized in Clinical Nutrition, obtaining the relevant postgraduate degree from Harokopio University. She has worked in various fields of nutrition and dietetics, providing specialized services both in private dietetic offices and hospitals. Throughout her professional career, she has developed scientific publications in international journals and has participated in numerous conferences, focusing on the impact of nutrition on cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. With particular dedication and continuous training, she ensures the provision of high-quality nutritional support to her patients.

Georgioudaki Natasa is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Marousi. She studied "Dietetics - Nutrition Science" at Harokopio University of Athens. After completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued a master's degree in "Applied Nutrition - Dietetics," specializing in "Nutrition and Exercise." Simultaneously, she completed her internship at major hospitals in Attica, such as the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio," "G. Mat Nutrition - Matatsi Euaggelia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist who maintains her private practice in Edessa and also holds appointments in Athens, in the area of Dafni. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and completed her internship at the University General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where she gained experience with clinical cases as well as in the areas of breastfeeding and nutrition during pregnancy. Additionally, she successfully completed the Specialization Program in Eating Disorders and Obesity (Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders & Obesity) at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD), under the auspices of the National Center for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). She attended the training seminar: "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" by the scientific team of the Ergometric Center for Nutrition & Exercise "Peak Performance," as well as the Educational Seminar "FODMAP Diet Regimen" by the scientific team of epimorfosi.eu. Since then and up to the present, she has been actively involved in the field of nutrition, delivering educational presentations on nutritional education to groups of children and sports clubs primarily in the Edessa area. Since 2019, she has maintained her private practice "maΤ.Nutrition" in Edessa, and from 2025 she also holds appointments in Athens. Ms. Matatsi believes that balanced nutrition is a lifestyle change and not simply a “magic” solution that will make you thin or muscular. My name is Maria Athanasopoulou and I hold a degree in Dietetics – Nutrition from the University of Crete. After many years of professional experience in the private sector, I decided to specialize by combining my knowledge of nutrition with my passion for children. I attended pediatric nutrition seminars and, seeking a more comprehensive education, I chose to pursue postgraduate studies in pediatric nutrition through the first accredited postgraduate program in Greece, offered by the University of Essex.

My philosophy as a nutritionist is to build strong and stable foundations in your relationship and your children's relationship with food. My primary goal is to provide guidance and education on new dietary habits to become a lifestyle, achieved through personalized and scientifically substantiated approaches.

Eydiet is a private Dietetic Office with a warm and bright environment located in the Commercial Center of Nikaia (near the Nikaia metro station). The scientific director is Nutritionist - Dietitian Eydiet - Doudoulakaki Ioanna, a graduate of the Mediterranean University of Nutrition and Dietetics of Crete, having received 2 state scholarships and recently the award "HEALTH EAGLES 2026" among 89,000 dietetic offices throughout Greece. Her postgraduate studies focus on Emotional Obesity, Eating Disorders, Childhood - Adolescent Obesity, and Psychosomatic Medicine. She has many years of experience, having worked as a scientific collaborator in the Hypertension and Lipids Unit of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio," in scientific research studies (e.g., on ezetimibe, statins, and beta-glucans), private clinical practices, and aesthetic centers. She was also the Nutrition Manager of the Drapetsona volleyball team and delivers lectures in schools. She is very passionate about her work, giving care and special attention to every diet patient she undertakes. Currently, she collaborates as a Nutrition Manager with the P. Faliro Sports Center under the auspices of the Olympic pole vault champion.

Giannitsopoulou Kallia MSc, MBA, SRD is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, practicing continuously since 2003. In 2005, she established the Scientific Dietetic Center "Healthy Body," where she has helped over 3000 individuals find solutions to body weight issues to date. She graduated with honors from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom (2002) and obtained two postgraduate degrees: a Master's in Clinical Nutrition (MSc) from the University of Surrey with distinction (2003) and an MBA (2011) from the University of Leicester. Additionally, she has studied Life Coaching (Dip in Coach.) and successfully applies self-improvement techniques in nutrition sessions. The combination of coaching knowledge and clinical nutrition optimizes results in weight management as it aids in a better psychological approach to the individual. Ms. Giannitsopoulou has a rich portfolio of publications since 2005 in health magazines and newspapers and is intensively engaged in weight loss, clinical nutrition, eating disorders, and nutrition across life stages.

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.

Prelorentzou Tzortzia Nutriscience is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University. She is a scientific collaborator of Dr. Spyridon Kanellakis and works at the Nutriscience dietetic center. She has dealt with numerous cases covering the entire spectrum of dietetics and nutrition, while also engaging in research. The center provides comprehensive nutritional assessment, body composition analysis, basal metabolic rate measurement, and designs individualized nutrition programs that support both physiological and pathological conditions. Additionally, there is the option for remote monitoring of cases via the internet and home visits for individuals with mobility difficulties.

Liaropoulos Athanasios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh, and operates his own practice in Peristeri.

He believes that proper nutrition does not mean strict rules and pressure, but rather balance and consistency. Through continuous education and seminars (with particular emphasis on nutrition during pregnancy), his goal is to guide you in a practical and applicable way in your daily life.

She holds a degree in Nutrition (BSc in Human Nutrition) from the University of Westminster, London, and a Master's degree (MSc) in "Applied Dietetics - Nutrition" with a specialization in "Nutrition and Public Health" from Harokopio University of Athens. She is a member of the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists, the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, and the Hellenic Atherosclerosis Society, and has contributed presentations and papers at conferences.

Aggelopoulou Tzeni & Associates are Dietitian - Nutritionists specializing in Eating Disorders and maintain private offices in Alimos, Piraeus, and Galatsi. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko". Meladaki Dimitra Kai Synergates is a Dietitian - Nutritionist maintaining a private practice in Nea Ionia. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a bachelor's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition Science from Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she has specialized in Obesity and Weight Management at the University of Glasgow. Throughout her career, she has provided voluntary dietetic services to the municipalities of Cholargos and Papagos, and currently collaborates with Harokopio University on research projects as well as with mednutrition to educate the public on nutrition-related topics. Furthermore, she is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists of Greece and has attended numerous conferences and workshops on Nutrition and Dietetics held in Greece.
