Έτσι μπορεί να δώσει χρήσιμες συμβουλές σε όλο το φάσμα των αθλούμενων, από τους αρχάριους, μέχρι και όσους ασχολούνται με τον πρωταθλητισμό. After graduating from the Ionideios Model School of Piraeus, he studied at the Medical School of the University of Athens.
