Ο Ρουκάς Κρίτων είναι Καρδιολόγος και διατηρεί το ιατρείο του στους Αμπελόκηπους. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει ολοκληρώσει διδακτορική διατριβή (PhD) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του ίδιου Πανεπιστημίου, με βαθμό Άριστα.
