Ο Βούτσινος Αθανάσιος είναι Ψυχίατρος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Σύνταγμα. Εισήχθη το 1996 στη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ), στο Τμήμα Ιατρικής. Το 2002, αποφοίτησε από τη ΣΣΑΣ και ορκίστηκε Ανθυπίατρος, ξεκινώντας την επαγγελματική του διαδρομή.
