Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Κινείται πάντα με γνώμονα την αφετηρία, το παρελθόν και τους στόχους του καθενός και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα, σχεδιάζει προγράμματα διατροφής που θα οδηγήσουν αργά ή γρήγορα, αλλά κυρίως ανθρώπινα στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Οι συνεδρίες μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν και από απόσταση.

Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Aleksopoulos Anastasios is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in the center of Athens. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete and obtained his Medical Specialty in Pathology in Athens in 2002. The doctor regularly attends multiple conferences in Greece and abroad concerning developments in Pathology, Metabolism, Diabetes Mellitus, Bone Health, Hypertension, etc. In his private practice, he deals with symptom investigation, prescription of medications, health promotion, check-ups, differential diagnosis, certificates - permits, degenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases, gerontology, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, bronchitis, viral respiratory diseases, urinary tract infections, among others. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Atherosclerosis Society.

Markada Al Xasount Aleksandra is a Dietitian practicing in Galatsi. She studied at the University of Hertfordshire and has worked as a Dietitian at the Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" and at Metaxa Hospital. She possesses extensive experience and manages issues such as the management of diabetes mellitus, obesity, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, clinical nutrition, and more.

Αικατερίνη Παυλοπούλου, Msc

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Με πολυετή εμπειρία στη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών, στη ρύθμιση βάρους, στη διατροφική υποστήριξη αθλητών, παιδιών και ενηλίκων, καθώς και στη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, οι ειδικοί έχουν βοηθήσει εκατοντάδες ανθρώπους να βελτιώσουν την υγεία τους και να υιοθετήσουν έναν πιο ισορροπημένο τρόπο ζωής.

Renta Elisavet is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University of Athens. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition from Harokopio University, as well as a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence. She conducts home visits and works as a Dietitian at the 2nd Municipal Clinic of the Municipality of Athens. She has served as an Instructor in the course "Practical (Healthy) Nutrition Advice" at the Lifelong Learning Center of the Municipalities of Zografou and Ilioupoli and has collaborated with gyms and the Department of Nutritional Education and Exercise of the Municipality of Palaio Faliro. Finally, she has attended numerous conferences and workshops aimed at continuous professional development in her field.

Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen (Medical School), is a holder of the European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), the leading European clinical nutrition qualification, has been trained in the Low-FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms by Life Academy, and in Eating Disorders through the training program of KEADD (Hellenic Center for Education and Management of Eating Disorders), under the auspices of the British Psychological Society. He also holds a certification in the program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) titled "Stress Management and Health." He collaborates with psychologist - child psychologist Alexandra Kappatou as the head of the Dietetics Department. He has taught the course of Sports Nutrition for 2 years in the postgraduate program at the Scientific College of Greece (SCG) and has experience working in a private dietetic office. Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Make Eat Happen Ioanna Papadopoulou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, MSc and operates a private practice in Dafni. She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens.

In 2013, she obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health Nutrition from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at University College London.

From 2014 to 2016, she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units of the Mitera, Iaso, Rea, and Gaia Maternity Hospitals, specializing in enteral and parenteral nutrition. Since 2014, she has been working as a freelancer, designing personalized nutritional plans as well as providing advice and guidance to individuals seeking to manage their weight and improve their nutrition and health. Additionally, since 2017, she collaborates with Nutrimed, focusing on article writing and providing dietetic services and consultancy to companies.

She has attended and continues to attend numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to nutrition and health.

Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in Counseling, Weight Management, Clinical and Sports Nutrition, as well as Nutrition Education Programs for children. She has participated as a speaker at football academies in collaboration with OPAP, as well as in primary schools, presenting the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. Additionally, as a member of the Hellenic Scouts Corps, she contributed to the development of an educational module for adult leaders of the Hellenic Scout Corps focused on “Nutritional Education for Children and Adolescents.” In the context of continuing education, she attends seminars on the psychological approach to dietetic practice to ensure excellent communication with clients and proper modification of dietary behavior as a method of weight loss. Wishing to further integrate the approach of nutrition and psychology, she completed the NLP Wellbeing Diploma by INLPTA, which focuses on training the mind to achieve lasting change. In her private practice, she provides modern services, individualizing each case and approaching it with accuracy, respect, and professionalism.
