Dr. Zogas Nikolaos is a Gastroenterologist - Hepatologist with a clinic in Kallithea and an external collaborator of some of the largest private clinics in Athens where he performs endoscopy. He graduated from the University of Udine in Italy. He served as Director at the Department of Pathology and Gastroenterology of the University Hospital in Umeå, Västerbotten, Sweden, where he obtained two specialty titles (recognized by the Greek Authorities): Gastroenterology - Hepatology and Internal Medicine. Additionally, he is a PhD candidate at the University of Umeå, where he also served as a trainer for medical residents and nurses at the Medicinkliniken and holds, among others, certification from the two-year program Grundläggande Forskningsmetodik för läkare. He has many years of experience in monitoring hepatology patients and is particularly specialized in clinical (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, diarrheal syndromes, constipation, celiac disease, Helicobacter pylori, collagenous gastritis, etc.) and interventional gastroenterology with numerous difficult endoscopies, polypectomies, and other interventional procedures. He has specific expertise in interventional procedures such as large polyp polypectomies with EMR, balloon enteroscopy (double or single balloon enteroscopy), esophageal variceal ligation, dilation of gastrointestinal strictures, gastrostomy placement (PEG), and others. He served as a consultant in the Gastroenterology Department of the hospital "Elpis" until the end of 2020.

Η Μαρκούση Μαριέττα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτη του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στην Αθλητική Διατροφή. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα του διατροφολόγου για τουλάχιστον 16 έτη. Από το 2013 διατηρεί διαιτολογική μονάδα στη περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας ενώ από το 2020 διατηρεί ακόμα μία στην περιοχή της Νέας Φιλαδέλφειας.

Κατά την πρακτική της άσκηση, παρείχε διαιτολογική υποστήριξη σε πολλά δημόσια νοσοκομεία της Αττικής ενώ έχει εργασθεί και εθελοντικά με το νοσοκομείο «Ερυθρός Σταυρός», στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική, στο τμήμα Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & Παχυσαρκίας, στα πρώτα χρόνια της επαγγελματικής της καριέρας. Έκτοτε, έχει συνεργασθεί ως υπεύθυνη διαιτολόγος σε Ιδιωτικά γραφεία της Αθήνας. Το 2013 ίδρυσε το πρώτο διαιτολογικό της γραφείο στην περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας ενώ το 2020 εγκαινιάστηκε η λειτουργία του γραφείου στη Νέα Φιλαδέλφεια.

Στην πολυετή πορεία της έχει συνεργασθεί με πολλούς elite αθλητές διαφόρων Εθνικών ομάδων και αθλημάτων (ενόργανη γυμναστική, ρυθμική γυμναστική, στίβος, επαγγελματικό μπαλέτο/ επαγγελματικός χορός, δρομείς μεγάλων αποστάσεων, καταδύσεις, κολύμβηση, καράτε, ποδόσφαιρο). Έχει συμβάλλει στην βελτίωση διατροφικών συνηθειών και της σχέσης του ανθρώπου με τη τροφή και το σώμα του (mindfulness). Με μεγάλη αποτελεσματικότητα, σε πλήθος ασθενών, συνεισέφερε στην βελτίωση κλινικών δεικτών. Ως προς τα περιστατικά με διαταραχές λήψης τροφής (ψυχογενή ανορεξία, ψυχογενή βουλιμία, υπερφαγία) εφαρμόζει τεχνικές διατροφικής συμβουλευτικής (γνωσιακή συμπεριφορική) προκειμένου να επιτυγχάνεται η έννοια της ισορροπημένης διατροφής βιωματικά! Άξονας του επαγγελματισμού της είναι η εξατομίκευση!

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Petros Stathopoulos is a Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist with extensive clinical, academic, and research experience gained in leading university hospitals in Germany. Since 2026, he has been affiliated with the 3rd Department of Gastroenterology at HYGEIA Hospital in Athens. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Head of the Endoscopy Unit and Consultant Gastroenterologist at the University Hospital of Marburg, Germany.He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology in Germany. His clinical expertise encompasses the full spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy, including advanced procedures such as Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD), Endoscopic Full-Thickness Resection (eFTR), Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), ERCP, and the management of complex gastrointestinal neoplasms.Dr. Stathopoulos has received advanced training at internationally renowned centers, including Keio University Hospital in Tokyo, Japan, and Hôpital Édouard Herriot in Lyon, France, with a special focus on advanced endoscopic resection techniques. He has also played a key role in the certification and quality assurance processes of multidisciplinary oncology centers specializing in pancreatic and colorectal cancer.His scientific work includes numerous publications in peer-reviewed international journals and presentations at major European gastroenterology and endoscopy conferences. He is an active member of several prestigious scientific societies, including the German Society of Gastroenterology (DGVS), the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE), and the German Society for Endoscopy and Imaging Techniques (DGE-BV).

Dr. Sofianopoulos Georgios is a Gastroenterologist who maintains a private practice in Kaisariani. He holds a degree from the Medical School and specialized in Gastroenterology at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Dr. Sofianopoulos completed his rural service in Messinia and worked for 24 years at IKA - EOPYY Kaisariani - Pagrati - Agios Artemios. Endoscopic examinations of the digestive tract (gastroscopy - colonoscopy) are also performed at the clinic, while the laboratory is equipped with modern digital technology devices to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis of digestive diseases and to provide optimal treatment.

Georgios Xrysakopoulos is a Gastroenterologist who maintains a private practice in Trikala, Thessaly. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in Gastroenterology at the Endoscopy Department of the 1st IKA Therapeutic Hospital in Athens and at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the General Oncology Hospital of Kifisia "Agioi Anargyroi". Additionally, he is certified by the European Board of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and possesses knowledge in other medical fields, including Pathology, Cardiology, and Surgery. To date, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the General Clinic IASO Larissa, and previously participated in the work of the University Clinic "Agioi Anargyroi" concerning liver diseases. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Dr. Stefanos Tingas is a Gastroenterologist – Hepatologist – Interventional Endoscopist. In 2010, he graduated from the Medical School of the distinguished “Tor Vergata” University in Rome. After completing his military service as a military doctor with the 32nd Marine Brigade, he worked as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Sofades in Karditsa, then as a Primary Care Physician at the Vittorakis Polyclinic in Platanias, Chania, and as a sports doctor for the sports medicine company “Actionmed.”He began his specialization in gastroenterology at the 2nd Oncology Clinic of the General Oncology Hospital of Kifisia “Agioi Anargyroi,” where he completed the general internal medicine portion of his training. He then continued his gastroenterology specialization at the General Hospital of Piraeus “Tzaneio,” where he earned the title of Specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.During his specialty training and overall tenure at “Tzaneio” General Hospital, he acquired significant expertise in interventional endoscopy, including techniques such as removal of large polyps, EMR (Endoscopic Mucosal Resection), small bowel investigation with capsule endoscopy, placement of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), hemostasis of bleeding ulcers, esophageal variceal band ligation, and cauterization of angiodysplasias and other lesions using Argon Plasma Coagulation (APC).Dr. Tingas has also been trained in high-definition endoscopy (Narrow Band Imaging - NBI chromoendoscopy) for the prevention and early diagnosis of early-stage cancer and precancerous conditions of the digestive tract.He has gained extensive experience in managing patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), as well as liver diseases, actively participating in the hospital’s hepatology outpatient clinic.Dr. Stefanos Tingas has participated in numerous conferences and seminars and has authored publications in both international and Greek medical journals. He has successfully completed and been certified by the Endoscopy School and the Clinical Hepatology School. He currently works as the Scientific Director of the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Department at “Affidea” Diagnostic Center in Kallithea and as a collaborating Gastroenterologist at REA Maternity Hospital.

Gkini Afroditi is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private practice in Cholargos. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute. During her studies, she completed an internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," where she was trained in the nutritional management of pregnant women, cancer patients, the elderly, and individuals with metabolic syndrome. Subsequently, she completed her postgraduate studies at Harokopio University of Athens, specializing in "Applied Dietetics - Nutrition" with a focus on Molecular Nutrition, which aims primarily to study the relationship between nutrition, health, and disease at the cellular and molecular levels. She continued her collaboration with Harokopio University as a scientific associate within the framework of the MAST4HEALTH research program and later worked as a laboratory assistant at the diagnostic company Randox in Northern Ireland. Finally, she participates in conferences and seminars and keeps up to date with scientific developments in the field of nutrition.

Marilena Nikolidaki RD BSc cMSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Rethymno. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, and she is also pursuing a postgraduate program in "Nutrition & Public Health" at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended numerous educational programs and seminars, acquiring further knowledge in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus and obesity, endocrinological issues in children and adolescents related to weight management. Additionally, she has completed practical training seminars at the Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Concurrently, the Nutritionist is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, as well as the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrEspen). Since 2024, she has maintained her private dietetic office at 30 Emmanouil Portaliou Street in the center of Rethymno.

Dr. Dogantzis Panagiotis is a Gastroenterologist with private practices in Nea Smyrni and Patissia. He completed his specialty training at the Gastroenterology Department of the Nursing Foundation of the Army Mutual Fund Hospital (NIMTS) and the Internal Medicine Department of the General Prefectural Hospital of Sparta. The physician specializes in gastrointestinal endoscopy, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy, and in the management of esophageal, gastric, and colorectal diseases. Currently, alongside his private practice, he serves as an External Collaborator at Therapis General Hospital, REA Clinic, and the Athens Bioclinic.
