Το διαιτολογικό γραφείο Geothrepsis | Βερλέκη Γεωργία εδρεύει στους Αμπελόκηπους στην Αθήνα από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022. Η Βερλέκη Γεωργία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και υπεύθυνη του διαιτολογικού γραφείου. Αποφοίτησε από το Ανώτατο Τεχνολογικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα Θεσσαλίας και, έπειτα, προχώρησε σε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική – Ιατρική Διατροφή, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει επαγγελματική και κλινική εμπειρία από το 2016, αφού έχει εργασθεί ως Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος στη Γενική Κλινική Metropolitan General, συμμετείχε στο σχεδιασμό της υπηρεσίας, «Υπηρεσία Εξατομικευμένης Διατροφικής Φροντίδας – Advanced Patient Nutrition», του Γενικού και Γυναικολογικού / Μαιευτικού Νοσοκομείου ΜΗΤΕΡΑ και εργαζόταν, παράλληλα, ως Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών. Την εξάμηνη πρακτική της άσκηση ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς στην Γενική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ General. Είναι μέλος της Ένωσης Διαιτολόγων Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδας (ΕΔΔΕ) από το 2016. Στο ιδιωτικό της γραφείο πραγματοποιεί όλες τις συνεδρίες, για φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις, ενηλίκων, παιδιών, εφήβων, εγκύων, θηλαζουσών και ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας. Η εξατομίκευση είναι ο βασικός άξονας στον οποίο στηρίζεται η προσέγγισή της. Βασικό της μέλημα είναι να ανοίξει καινούργιους δρόμους σε όσους την εμπιστευθούν. Κινείται πάντα με γνώμονα την αφετηρία, το παρελθόν και τους στόχους του καθενός και με σεβασμό στη διαφορετικότητα, σχεδιάζει προγράμματα διατροφής που θα οδηγήσουν αργά ή γρήγορα, αλλά κυρίως ανθρώπινα στο επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Εκτός από τη διαχείριση βάρους και τη διατροφική εκπαίδευση, αναλαμβάνει και την διατροφική υποστήριξη κλινικών περιστατικών. Ενίοτε σε πιο αυστηρό πλαίσιο. Όμως πάντα με επίκεντρο τον ασθενή, τα "θέλω" και τα "δε θέλω" του, τις κόκκινες γραμμές του. Με τον εξοπλισμό τελευταίας τεχνολογίας (επαγγελματικό ζυγό και αναλυτή σύστασης σώματος με βιοηλεκτρική εμπέδηση) που διαθέτει το γραφείο εγγυάται πάντα τα πιο ακριβή αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων. Οι συνεδρίες μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν και από απόσταση.

Giannis Papatheodorou is a Pathologist who maintains private clinics in Neo Irakleio and Acharnes. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Craiova and specialized in Pathology at the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi" and the 1st Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," with clinical expertise in infections. He is a consulting physician for Eurodiet and participates in numerous medical conferences in Greece and abroad. He has co-authored, together with his microbiologist physician wife, the book "The Interpretation of Microbiological Tests." Finally, the doctor is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Gerontological & Geriatric Society, and the Hellenic Society for the Study & Research of Aging.

Η Αλεξάνδρα Τσαπάλου είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, με εξειδίκευση στην κλινική διατροφή και την εξατομικευμένη υποστήριξη υγείας. είναι απόφοιτη του προγράμματος BSc (Hons) Dietetics, με βαθμολογία First Class, του Queen Margaret University στο Εδιμβούργο, ενός κορυφαίου πανεπιστημίου με εξειδίκευση στις επιστήμες υγείας.Οι σπουδές της εστιάζουν στην επιστήμη της διατροφής και της διαιτολογίας, με έμφαση στην κλινική πρακτική και την τεκμηριωμένη εφαρμογή. Αυτή τη περίοδο βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη το Μεταπτυχιακό της με τίτλο  "Διατροφή του Ανθρώπου με εξειδίκευση στην Κλινική Διατροφή" (MSc Clinical Nutrition) από το πανεπιστήμιο του Essex.Η Πρακτική της Άσκηση έγινε σε ιδιωτικό γραφείο, σε παιδικό σταθμό και στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών με εμπειρία στα τμήματα Ογκολογίας, Παθολογίας, Ενδοκρινολογίας και Καρδιολογίας.Ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία την πτυχιακή εργασία με θέμα “Η σχέση της διατροφής με το μικροβίωμα του εντέρου και τον ρόλο του στην ανάπτυξη του καρκίνου του παχέος εντέρου”, η οποία έλαβε βαθμολογία Άριστα και επιλέχθηκε για παρουσίαση στο 10ο Συμπόσιο Καινοτομίας και Έρευνας της Σχολής της.Παράλληλα,είναι απόφοιτη της σχολής Natural Health Science, με εκπαίδευση στην Παραδοσιακή Κινέζικη Ιατρική και ειδίκευση στον βελονισμό. Η Σερεμέτη Σωτηρία είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό γραφείο "ClinEat" στην περιοχή της Αργυρούπολης. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, όπως η Στεφανιαία Νόσος, και με νεφρικά νοσήματα, όπως η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ευαγγελισμός» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής καθώς και σε γνωστό Διαιτολογικό γραφείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Γυμναστηρίων στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. 

Μrs E. Iliadou graduated from John Moores University of Liverpool with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and continued her postgraduate studies in Dietetics at the University of Liverpool leading to state registration in the UK. Mrs Iliadou has trained both in hospital and community settings as part of her course.She gained her working experience in several NHS hospitals across the UK in different areas such as:Women’s Hospital in Liverpool (working with gestational diabetic women)Harefield Hospital-one of the best hospitals specialized in heart conditions Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin (Scotland) nutritional support patients

Royal Brompton Hospital (London) respiratory diseases, cystic fibrosis, cancer patients Primary care Trust of Birmingham (working with disabled patients)Royal Liverpool Hospital-specialized in elderly and children Bariatric surgery of Royal Manchester Hospital.She is a member of the British Dietetic Association, the Health Professions Council (UK), the Hellenic Dietetic Association, the Hellenic Institute of Nutrition and the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolic care. She is a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders from National Centre of Eating Disorders.At present, Mrs Iliadou is leading the Nutrition department of the Mediterraneo hospital, a private Clinic situated in the South suburbs of Athens in the area of Glyfada She is in charge of the dietetic department where she is responsible for the management of patients who need nutritional support in the following units: gastro, dialysis, surgery, cardiology & cardiothoracic, bariatric and the ICU both of Greek and International origin.In addition to her working experience she attended the postgraduate diploma ‘Sports Nutrition’ from the International Olympic Committee. Papavasileiou Georgia is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice at Mavili Square. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University and graduated with honors from postgraduate studies in the "Science of Stress and Health Promotion" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She specialized in nutritional intervention with a psycho-educational approach and in modifying dietary behavior in adults living with obesity. In 2017, she obtained the Adult Educator Educational Adequacy title from EOPPEP. Furthermore, she continues her postgraduate education in the field of Clinical Nutrition through the lifelong learning program of ESPEN "Life Long Learning Programme on Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism" and possesses extensive experience in clinical cases.

She collaborated and trained for three years in the Diabetology Department of the Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Unit of the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. She worked on the Endorse program collaborating with families of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Currently, she follows several families of children with obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Anna Gavrieli is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a dietetic office, the Nutrition Studio, in Ampelokipi (Athens Tower / Hippocrates) in Athens. She is a graduate and PhD holder from Harokopio University, with postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. Additionally, she is a former research lead for Compass (BAMCO) at Google. She provides a wide range of nutritional support services for health, various conditions, and different life stages, but focuses on habit change for weight loss and weight loss maintenance. She firmly believes that lifestyle habit changes are the key for individuals to take control of their weight and health. Her philosophy is that in order for someone to achieve long-lasting results, they must change the habits that lead to problematic behaviors and consequently weight gain. Her goal is to investigate problematic habits and pleasantly restructure new ones based on existing behaviors. In this way, long-term maintenance of results can be achieved, allowing the individual to enjoy a healthy weight and an improved lifestyle.

Η Κοκολοπούλου Αλεξάνδρα είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, MSc με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος και πραγματοποιεί επισκέψεις κατ' οίκον και online . Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στη διάρκεια των σπουδών της πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο των Αθηνών όπου απέκτησε εμπειρία πάνω σε φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές καταστάσεις περιστατικών. Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Since 2025, she has been a regular member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και συνέχισε τις σπουδές στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο αποκτώντας το Μεταπτυχιακό της δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία-Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση τη «Διατροφή και Άσκηση». Κατά τη μετεκπαίδευσή της, παρακολούθησε το πρόγραμμα του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για την αποτελεσματική συμβουλευτική και τις στρατηγικές αλλαγής συμπεριφοράς των διαιτώμενων. Παράλληλα, ολοκλήρωσε το πρόγραμμα «Ειδικής Αθλητικής Διατροφής» υπό την αιγίδα της Ακαδημίας Αθλητικής Διατροφής της Αγγλίας.

Ιωάννα Οικονομοπούλου, MMedSci

Είναι απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας – Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών «Η Διατροφή στην Υγεία και στη Νόσο» από το τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει μετεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Παιδιατρική Διατροφή από το Monash University.

Markada Al Xasount Aleksandra is a Dietitian practicing in Galatsi. She studied at the University of Hertfordshire and has worked as a Dietitian at the Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" and at Metaxa Hospital. She possesses extensive experience and manages issues such as the management of diabetes mellitus, obesity, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, clinical nutrition, and more.

Artemis Kyrka, MSc., RD., is a registered Dietitian and founder of the online clinic WellPlate. She offers modern online dietetic services to patients of all ages, with the primary goal of changing their dietary behaviours and improving their relationship with food.

Renta Elisavet is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University of Athens. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition from Harokopio University, as well as a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence. She conducts home visits and works as a Dietitian at the 2nd Municipal Clinic of the Municipality of Athens. She has served as an Instructor in the course "Practical (Healthy) Nutrition Advice" at the Lifelong Learning Center of the Municipalities of Zografou and Ilioupoli and has collaborated with gyms and the Department of Nutritional Education and Exercise of the Municipality of Palaio Faliro. Finally, she has attended numerous conferences and workshops aimed at continuous professional development in her field.

Hack My Diet By Dr Lamprinou Xristina - Polina Kai Synergates is based in Kallithea. Both Dr. Lamprinou Xristina - Polina and her associates are graduates in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University of Athens. Dr. Lamprinou completed a postgraduate program in "Clinical Nutrition" at the same University and holds a PhD. She is also a scientific collaborator at Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, she is a contributing author and scientific collaborator for Mednutrition, participating in the working group focused on childhood obesity. Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians." During her internship, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the "Metaxa" Anticancer Hospital. Since 2021, she has worked in reputable dietetic offices. Her goal is to achieve each client's objectives through a balanced diet, personalized approach, and a healthy relationship with food!
