Το Nutrimed Ζωγράφου - Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος εδρεύει στη περιοχή του Ζωγράφου. Ο Παξιμαδάς Χρήστος MSc είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνος του Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Επίσης, η πρακτική του άσκηση πραγματοποιήθηκε σε Νοσοκομεία της Αθήνας όπως το Νοσοκομείο "Αγία Όλγα", το Παίδων "Αγία Σοφία", το "Θριάσιο", το "Σωτηρία" και το "Αλεξάνδρα", όπου ειδικεύτηκε πάνω σε κλινικά νοσήματα, ενώ μέχρι το 2021 εργαζόταν στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών. Το 2021 διορίστηκε στο ΓΝΑ 417 ΝΙΜΤΣ όπου εργάζεται μέχρι και σήμερα. Ακόμα, έχει παρακολουθήσει και παρακολουθεί πλήθος συνεδρίων, σεμιναρίων και ημερίδων που σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή, ενώ έχει εργαστεί σε αθλητικά σωματεία ποδοσφαίρου και μπάσκετ. Τέλος, από το 2015 εως το 2021 διετέλεσε ταμίας του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων - Διατροφολόγων και από το 2022 έως σήμερα Γενικός Γραμματέας.

Η Αθηνά Φλώρου είναι συνεργάτιδα του κου Παξιμαδά στο Nutrimed Ζωγράφου. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας και Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών το 2022, ολοκληρώνοντας με επιτυχία τις προπτυχιακές της σπουδές. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής της άσκησης στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αεροπορίας, απέκτησε πολύτιμες γνώσεις και εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη θρέψης, τον σχεδιασμό

εξατομικευμένων διαιτολογίων, τη διατροφική συμβουλευτική και την αξιολόγηση της θρεπτικής κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συνέχισε τις σπουδές της στο University College London (UCL), όπου απέκτησε μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διατροφικές Διαταραχές και Κλινική Διατροφή με βαθμό άριστα. Στο πλαίσιο της μεταπτυχιακής της εκπαίδευσης, εργάστηκε στο St Ann’s Hospital/Eating Disorder Service, συμβάλλοντας σημαντικά στην αποκατάσταση ασθενών με διατροφικές διαταραχές. Δημιουργούσε εξειδικευμένα διατροφικά προγράμματα και συνεργαζόταν στενά με την ιατρική και θεραπευτική ομάδα του νοσοκομείου για την ολιστική προσέγγιση της αποκατάστασης των ασθενών. Η Αθηνά είναι μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων-Διατροφολόγων (ΠΣΔΔ), της European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN) και του Association for Nutrition (AfN) της Αγγλίας. Έχει επίσης εργαστεί για 3 χρόνια σε διαιτολογικά γραφεία, όπου απέκτησε ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση διατροφικών αναγκών, στον σχεδιασμό εξατομικευμένων διατροφικών πλάνων και στη διατροφική υποστήριξη ατόμων με διάφορους ιατρικούς και διατροφικούς στόχους.

Anagnostou Elli is an Endocrinologist with a private practice located at Mavili Square. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in infertility and assisted reproduction. She specialized in Endocrinology at university hospitals in Paris: "Bichat - Claude Bernard," focusing on diabetes mellitus; "Necker - Enfants Malades," focusing on calcium-phosphorus metabolism; and "Bicêtre," with an emphasis on pituitary and adrenal gland disorders. Subsequently, she completed her specialty training at the Athens General Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and at the Athens General Hospital "Alexandra," with specializations in pediatric endocrinology and thyroid and gestational diabetes disorders, respectively. Dr. Margaritopoulos Dimitrios is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Petralona. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed postgraduate studies in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens. Additionally, he is a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has received training in Gestational Diabetes at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra". Konstantinos Mpalampanis MD, PhD is a Pathologist - Diabetologist with private clinics in Piraeus, Salamina, and Athens. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, where he also earned his medical degree. He is certified in SCOPE (World Obesity Federation), BLS/AED (Basic Life Support), and ILS/AED (Immediate Life Support) by the European Resuscitation Council. He completed his specialty training in Pathology at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and has since been a University Fellow in Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity at the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic of the University of Athens and the Research Unit of "Attikon" Hospital. Since 2013, as part of his tenure at the 2nd Propaedeutic Clinic of the University of Athens - Diabetology Center, he participates daily in the activities of the Diabetes Clinic of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathological Clinic, contributes to its operations, and has served as a Sub Investigator in over 18 multicenter studies (phase 2 & 3) focusing on Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Fatty Liver Disease, and Lipodystrophies. This activity continues to the present. According to the new provisions of the law and its transitional arrangements, he officially holds the specialization title of "DIABETOLOGIST" since 2021. He has a substantial body of research and teaching work and has participated in conferences and seminars both in Greece and internationally. Finally, it is worth noting that in his private practice, he offers, among other services, specialized diabetes, pre-diabetes, and obesity screening, as well as dietary services (through collaboration with Dietitians - Nutritionists within the private clinic spaces), always fully understanding the individual needs of each patient.

Ο Καλιοντζάκης Γιάννης είναι Παθολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στα Χανιά. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης ενώ ειδικευτηκε στην εσωτερική παθολογία στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Χανίων "Ο Άγιος Γεώργιος" και στο Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Ηρακλείου. Μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Νευρολογική κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης "Παπαγεωργίου" πάνω στην θεραπευτική αντιμετώπιση των Εγκεφαλικών Επεισοδίων και τη θρομβόλυση, καθώς και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Αλεξάνδρα" στη Μονάδα Εγκεφαλικών. Επιπλέον, έχει εργαστεί ως Επιμελητής και στη συνέχεια ως Διευθυντής ΕΣΥ στη Νευρολογική κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Χανίων "Ο Άγιος Γεώργιος" για σχεδόν 20 έτη.

Εκεί, εφάρμοσε για πρώτη φορά με τους συνεργάτες του την ενδοφλέβια θρομβόλυση με εξαιρετικά αποτελέσματα, ενώ λειτουργούσε δύο φορές την εβδομάδα το ιατρείο των Εγκεφαλικών με περισσότερους από 2000 ασθενείς. Παράλληλα, συμμετείχε σε όλες τις υποχρεώσεις της Νευρολογικής κλινικής (εφημερίες, κλινικό έργο, διασυνδετική με τις άλλες κλινικές). Η συμμετοχή του στη Νευρολογική κλινική επέφερε μια γεφύρωση αλλά και την διεύρυνση των γνώσεών του πάνω στο αντικείμενο της παθολογίας και της νευρολογίας.

Έχει συμμετάσχει σε μελέτες σε Ελληνικά και διεθνή περιοδικά, σε Ελληνικά, Ευρωπαϊκά και παγκόσμια συνέδρια αγγειακών εγκεφαλικών επεισοδίων καθώς έχει προσκληθεί και σε πολλά διεθνή συνέδρια του εξωτερικού ενώ παρακολουθεί ανελλιπώς τις εξελίξεις πάνω στο αντικείμενο των αγγειακών εγκεφαλικών και καρδιαγγειακών νόσων.

Papadopoulou Elina is a physician specializing in General Family Medicine. She operates her private practice, “FamilyMed Center,” in Argos and Kiveri. She specialized at the General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas.” She has received additional training in emergency prehospital medicine, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and infections. He maintains a private practice in Serres and graduated with Excellence from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). He specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Serres and the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki "AHEPA". He holds a certified specialization in Diabetes Mellitus following examinations. Since 2007, he has also served as a scientific collaborator at the diabetes center of the 1st Propedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "AHEPA". Η Παρωτίδη Χαρά MSc είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στον Άλιμο. Απέκτησε το πρώτο της πτυχίο στην Τεχνολογία Τροφίμων, όπου ανακάλυψε τη βαθιά σχέση ανάμεσα στα τρόφιμα και την υγεία.
