Η Ραάτ Έμιλυ MSc είναι εξειδικευμένη Κλινική Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος. Είναι απόφοιτη του Ελληνικού Μεσογειακού Πανεπιστημίου, με επιπλέον σπουδές στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας. Έχει παρακολουθήσει σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στο Ευρωπαϊκό Ινστιτούτο Συμβουλευτικής και Ψυχοθεραπείας (EICP), με στόχο την ενίσχυση δεξιοτήτων που αφορούν την αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και την ουσιαστική υποστήριξη των διαιτώμενων.

Tzima Athina is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and a Doctor of Medicine at the Democritus University of Thrace, with a private practice in Kypseli. She has many years of experience and simultaneously collaborates with major hospitals in Attica, such as "Errikos Dynan," HYGEIA, MITERA, the Medical Center, and the Euroclinic.

Mpaniotis Ioannis is a Pathologist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Bucharest and completed his specialization in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Giannitsa and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Dimitrios." Additionally, after two years of training, he obtained certification in Medical Acupuncture and has undergone further training at the Hospital of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Beijing and the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. From 2007 to 2013, he provided services as a Specialist Pathologist at the IKA Pylis Axiou in Thessaloniki, as a medical examiner at the Naval Retirement Fund, the Hotel Workers' Fund (TAXY), as well as in private clinics in Thessaloniki. Dr. Kontou Paraskeui is a specialist Endocrinologist - Diabetologist who maintains her private practice at Mavili Square and also has a private clinic in Sparta, Laconia. Additionally, she works as an Endocrinologist at the private medical center MEDICA in Agios Stefanos and serves as the Scientific Director of the private polyclinics LIFECHECK in Psychiko and Kallithea. She is also a Scientific Collaborator of the Unit "HYGEIA IVF Embryogenesis". She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras. She specialized in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Unit - Metabolism and Diabetes Center at the General Hospital of Athens “Alexandra - Elena Venizelou”. She has been trained and possesses extensive clinical experience in a wide range of endocrine disorders, including type 1 & 2 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, osteoporosis and calcium metabolism disorders, endocrine disorders during pregnancy, menstrual disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, endocrine hypertension, and obesity. Finally, she holds degrees in English and German. In her clinic, she approaches each patient individually and empathetically, aiming to provide high-quality medical services.

Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. Papadimitriou Eirini MD, MSc, PhDc is a highly qualified and experienced endocrinologist, with extensive clinical training and academic activity, maintaining a private practice in Kallithea. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holding a master's degree in Research of Female Reproduction, and her doctoral thesis focuses on pituitary tumors. She specialized in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," at the First Pediatric Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou," where she was trained in managing pediatric endocrinology cases, and at the General Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou," where she trained in endocrine disorders during pregnancy. Astrakianakis Antonios is a Pathologist who maintains a private practice in the center of Heraklion, Crete. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has specialized in Internal Medicine at the 3rd Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Heraklion "Venizeleio". He regularly attends conferences and continuing education courses in Greece and abroad, with a focus on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and dyslipidemias. She holds a Master's degree in "Applied Dietetics" with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition and expertise in Eating Disorders and Obesity from KEADD, awarded by the same educational institution. Additionally, she has certified training in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and "Training in Psychological Science" from the University of the Aegean. Katsimardou Aleksandra MD, PhD is an Internist - Military Physician and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocrates" and holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended postgraduate courses on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and liver diseases. Furthermore, Dr. Katsimardou has participated as a speaker in national conferences and contributed to authoring published articles in international journals focusing on arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia.

Maria Tziogiou is a Registered Dietitian – Nutritionist, Head of the Dietetics Department at the Athens Medical Center (Psychiko Clinic), and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi.She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition of the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly and completed her clinical training at the Dietetic Clinic of KAT General Hospital. Dimitrakopoulou Natalia is an Internist and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree and a doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Zaxaki Aglaia is an Endocrinologist and Diabetologist maintaining a private practice in Peristeri. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a PhD candidate at the same institution's Medical School. Dr. Zaxaki specialized in Endocrinology, Metabolic Diseases, and Diabetes Mellitus at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." Additionally, she has served as a collaborator and instructor in Higher Education (TEI) Athens and at various public IEK institutions, where she taught courses related to medical science. Furthermore, she attended the Clinic for Endocrine Disorders and Diabetes Mellitus in Pregnancy at the Endocrinology Department of the University General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She also participated in the Menopause Clinic at the 2nd Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at "Aretaieio" Hospital. Moreover, Dr. Zaxaki holds a license from the Ministry of Health to perform thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound examinations of the organs within her specialty.
