Η Αλεξιάδη Σοφία είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του ΑΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με άριστα. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε ιδιωτικό διαιτολογικό γραφείο, όπου εκπαιδεύτηκε στη διατροφική αξιολόγηση, στον σχεδιασμό εξατομικευμένων προγραμμάτων διατροφής και στη διαχείριση κλινικών περιστατικών. Παράλληλα, έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και επιστημονικών ημερίδων σχετικά με τις διατροφικές διαταραχές, τη νευρική ανορεξία, την παχυσαρκία, τον σακχαρώδη διαβήτη και το σύνδρομο ευερέθιστου εντέρου.

Ιδιαίτερο επιστημονικό ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζει για την ίδια η διαχείριση των διατροφικών διαταραχών και η αποκατάσταση μιας υγιούς σχέσης με το φαγητό. Πιστεύει ότι η διατροφή δεν πρέπει να βασίζεται σε αυστηρούς περιορισμούς και ενοχές, αλλά να αποτελεί ένα εργαλείο φροντίδας του εαυτού και βελτίωσης της ποιότητας ζωής.

Alifragkis Aleksandros is a General Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He holds a medical degree from the University of Padova in Italy and specialized in General Surgery at the Attikon General Hospital "Sismanogleio" in Athens. The doctor specializes in laparoscopic tissue suturing and has attended training seminars organized by the Hellenic Surgical Society for several years. In his private practice, he offers a wide range of services, tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Karlaftis Anastasios MD is a Gastroenterologist - Hepatologist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, while also collaborating with the endoscopy department of the diagnostic center "Ionio Iatriki." He is a PhD candidate at the University Gastroenterology Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens and a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specialized in the Gastroenterology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and has worked in major hospitals such as the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra," and the General Hospital of Chania "Agios Georgios." The physician has participated in numerous scientific meetings and seminars and has numerous presentations in both foreign-language and Greek-language conferences. Additionally, he has several publications in Greek and international journals. Ο Τριανταφυλλίδης Αλέξανδρος είναι Γενικός χειρουργός εξειδικευμένος στην ελάχιστα επεμβατική χειρουργική (MIS) και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους (εντός του Νοσοκομείου Ερρίκος Ντυνάν). Είναι απόφοιτος του Αριστοτέλειου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης (ΑΠΘ) με μεταπτυχιακό στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ). Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή του τόσο στην περιφέρεια (Δράμα) όσο και στην Αθήνα, αποκτώντας εμπειρία στη λαπαροσκοπική και ελάχιστα επεμβατική χειρουργική, ενώ έχει λάβει επιπλέον μετεκπαίδευση στη χειρουργική ογκολογία. Τέλος, ο ιατρός είναι τακτικό μέλος της Ελληνικής Χειρουργικής Εταιρίας.

O Αθανάσιος Ξάκης γεννήθηκε στον Πολύγυρο Χαλκιδικής στις 22 Ιανουαρίου του 1994. Φοίτησε με αθλητική και ακολούθως μαθητική υποτροφία στο λύκειο των Εκπαιδευτηρίων Μαντουλίδη από όπου και τελικώς αποφοίτησε με άριστα το 2011. Κατά τη διάρκεια της μαθητικής του πορείας έλαβε αποδοχές και υποτροφίες για φοίτηση σε διακεκριμένα πανεπιστήμια των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών της Αμερικής και του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου. 

Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Ιωαννίνων. Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών του υπήρξε μέλος του Εργαστηρίου Ανατομίας, υπεύθυνος για την εκπαίδευση και την ένταξη νέων φοιτητών ιατρικής καθώς επίσης συμμετείχε σε πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και παρουσιάσεων σε διεθνή συνέδρια. 

Μετά το πέρας των σπουδών του πραγματοποίησε Κλινική Άσκηση στη Χειρουργική στο Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada στην Yogyakarta της Ινδονησίας καθώς επίσης και Κλινική Άσκηση στην Αγγειοχειρουργική στο University Medical Centre Utrecht στην Ουτρέχτη της Ολλανδίας. 

Εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος Χειρουργικής στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Σερρών για 2 έτη και στη συνέχεια στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπαγεωργίου για 4 έτη, από όπου και έλαβε τον τίτλο ειδικότητας. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας του συμμετείχε και σε πληθώρα χειρουργείων ως βοηθός χειρουργός του Τμήματος Χειρουργικής Ήπατος Χοληφόρων-Παγκρέατος της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς, στο Πανόραμα Θεσσαλονίκης. 

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητας μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Χειρουργική Ήπατος, Χοληφόρων, Παγκρέατος & Μεταμοσχεύσεων Ήπατος στο Organ Transplantation Center, China Medical University Hospital στην Taichung της Ταϊβάν. 

Από τον Αύγουστο του 2025 εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής Χειρουργός στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης Γ. Παπανικολάου ενώ παράλληλα αποτελεί Συνεργάτη Χειρουργό της Κλινικής Άγιος Λουκάς. 

Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Θεσσαλονίκης (ΙΣΘ), της European Association for Endoscopic Surgery and other Interventional Techniques (EAES) και της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Τραύματος και Επείγουσας Χειρουργικής (ΕΕΤ&ΕΧ), ενώ υπήρξε και μέλος Οργανωτικών Επιτροπών μεγάλου αριθμού τοπικών και διεθνών Συνεδρίων και Ημερίδων. 

Είναι κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στη Χειρουργική Ογκολογία του Πεπτικού Συστήματος του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστήμιου Θεσσαλονίκης και υποψήφιος κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος Ειδίκευσης στον Καρκίνο του Παγκρέατος του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας.

Έχει παρακολουθήσει πληθώρα σεμιναρίων και συνεδρίων τόσο διεθνών όσο και του εξωτερικού, έχει παρουσιάσει ως ομιλητής σημαντικό αριθμό προφορικών ανακοινώσεων με αντίστοιχες τιμητικές διακρίσεις και βραβεία ενώ έχει συμμετάσχει και στη δημοσίευση επιστημονικών άρθρων σε διακεκριμένα περιοδικά του εξωτερικού.

Kormi Sofia is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds a master's degree in Applied Dietetic Practice from Queen Margaret University, Scotland. She is also a registered Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom (HCPC registered). She specializes in Eating Disorders and Obesity through the Eating Disorders Training and Management Center (EDTMC), in collaboration with the National Centre for Eating Disorders of Great Britain (NCFED). During her studies, she completed an internship as a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist at the General Hospital of Athens "Alexandra" and at the General Hospital Asklipieio Voulas. Currently, she works as a private Dietitian - Nutritionist in Athens, handling a variety of cases. Her goal is to provide reliable and high-quality information on nutrition, helping individuals achieve and maintain their dietary goals, while contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life through a balanced and sustainable diet.

Siannis Dimitrios is a Gastroenterologist who maintains a private practice in Gerakas. He is specialized in hepatology and endoscopic gastroenterology, with particular expertise in therapeutic and interventional endoscopic techniques (gastric and colon polypectomies). He completed his Gastroenterology training at the 1st IKA Hospital and the General Hospital of Attica Sismanoglio. The physician is a member of the Hellenic Gastroenterological Society and the Professional Association of Gastroenterologists. He served as the Head of the Surgical Department at the General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases of Athens "Sotiria" for 20 consecutive years. During his 20 years at the clinic, he participated in a significant number of surgical procedures.

Varytimiadis Lazaros MD, MSc, FEBGH, PhD is a Gastroenterologist - Interventional Endoscopist, Deputy Director of the Gastroenterology Clinic and Endoscopy Department at MITERA Hospital, and maintains private practices in Pefki and Athens. He received a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Gastroenterology and completed advanced training in Interventional Gastrointestinal Endoscopy at Queen Alexandra Hospital, where he was later appointed and worked as a Consultant. He specialized in Gastroenterology at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos - Athens Ophthalmological Clinic - Polyclinic," as well as in Internal Medicine at the General Prefectural Hospital of Edessa. In 2017, he was recognized as a Fellow of the European Board of Gastroenterology and Hepatology (FEBGH). Additionally, he holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation focused on the removal of precancerous lesions (polyps) from the gastrointestinal tract. He completed a postgraduate MSc program in Crisis Management at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated with honors from the Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Romania. It is noteworthy that his main clinical interests include complex polypectomies of large polyps (EMR, pEMR, ESD), monitoring patients with Barrett’s esophagus, and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. Furthermore, he has participated in numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and advanced training seminars, has received scholarships and awards for best scientific presentations, and has delivered oral presentations and posters at various scientific meetings.

Renta Elisavet is a Dietitian-Nutritionist, graduate of Harokopio University of Athens. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Dietetics - Nutrition from Harokopio University, as well as a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence. She conducts home visits and works as a Dietitian at the 2nd Municipal Clinic of the Municipality of Athens. She has served as an Instructor in the course "Practical (Healthy) Nutrition Advice" at the Lifelong Learning Center of the Municipalities of Zografou and Ilioupoli and has collaborated with gyms and the Department of Nutritional Education and Exercise of the Municipality of Palaio Faliro. Finally, she has attended numerous conferences and workshops aimed at continuous professional development in her field.

Georgopoulos Nikolaos is a General Surgeon and maintains private practices in Mavili Square and in Sparta. From 2012 until 2023, he served as Director of the 2nd Surgical Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens, and he is currently the Director of the Surgical Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialization in General Surgery in 1996, having trained at the Naval Hospitals of Crete and Athens, as well as at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," where he received training in trauma, upper and lower gastrointestinal surgery, endocrine gland surgery, bariatric surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and organ transplantation. Kritsini Olga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the University of Crete and contributes articles to various scientific websites on topics of nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in a Dietetic Unit and an Endocrinology Clinic in Athens. Additionally, she has participated in and attended numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Mixail Othon MD, MSc, PhD is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Kallithea. He holds a Doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in "Minimally Invasive Surgery, Robotic Surgery, and Telesurgery" from the Medical School of the University of Athens. Mosxovis Dimitris is a Gastroenterologist and a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical School of Athens, with a private practice in Aigaleo. Concurrently, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Medical Athens Clinic Peristeri. He studied at the Medical School of the University of Brescia in Italy and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He specialized at the 2nd Oncology Internal Medicine Clinic of the Specialized Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa" and later at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the General State Hospital of Nikaia, where he also served as a Gastroenterology Consultant. He has been a Scientific Collaborator at the 2nd Oncology Clinic of the "Hygeia" Hospital, as well as at Pathology and Nephrology Clinics of the "Medical Athens" group. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, with many presentations to his credit. Additionally, he has an extensive number of publications in Greek and foreign journals. Finally, he has active involvement, to date, as a researcher in numerous international multicenter clinical studies.

Pontas Xristos is a Gastroenterologist and maintains his private practice in Athens. He has served as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Acute General Medicine at the Royal Free Hospital Hampstead NHS Trust and as a Clinical Fellow in the Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Department of the same hospital in London. It is noteworthy that he was awarded a UEG (United European Gastroenterology) Scholarship as well as a Scholarship from the Hellenic Gastroenterological Society. Currently, he serves as a Consultant in the Gastroenterology Clinic at Mitera Hospital.

Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. Ioanna Xatziemmanouil is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Nikaia. She holds a degree from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, specializing in Pediatric Nutrition, having completed the educational program “Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition.” She possesses clinical and scientific experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. Additionally, she has attended numerous workshops and conferences.
