Ο Πετρίδης Ιωάννης είναι Γαστρεντερολόγος, πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου L’Aquila Ιταλίας. Το 2001, κατόπιν διεξαγωγής κρατικών εξετάσεων, όπου και του απονεμήθηκε υποτροφία, ξεκίνησε την ειδικότητα στην Γαστρεντερολογία και Ενδοσκόπηση του Πεπτικού στην Πανεπιστημιακή Γαστρεντερολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου της L’Aquila Ιταλίας, την οποία και ολοκλήρωσε το 2005 με την μέγιστη βαθμολογία (50/50 magna cum laude). Το 2006 ξεκίνησε την μετεκπαίδευσή του πάνω στον τομέα της Ηπατολογίας και στον τομέα μεταμοσχεύσεων συμπαγών οργάνων (Fellowship in Transplant Hepatology) στο εξειδικευμένο κέντρο έρευνας και μεταμοσχεύσεων ISMETT του Πανεπιστημίου του Pittsburgh στην Ιταλία, ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα κέντρα μεταμοσχεύσεων συμπαγών οργάνων της Ιταλίας, στο οποίο εργάστηκε διατελώντας όλα αυτά τα χρόνια σημαντικό κλινικό και ερευνητικό έργο. Το 2011 έγινε Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου του Palermo στην Ιταλία με βαθμολογία: 70/70, "Άριστα" και το 2013 ανακηρύχθηκε Διπλωματούχος Μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος στην Διοίκηση, Οργάνωση και Κλινική διαχείριση στην μεταμόσχευση ήπατος που συστάθηκε στο Πανεπιστήμιο Cattolica del Sacro Cuore της Ρώμης στην Ιταλία. Από τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2022 έχει επιστρέψει στην Ελλάδα και είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του Ιατρικού Κέντρου Αθηνών και του "Ερρίκος Ντυνάν" Hospital Center. Επίσης, από τον Ιούλιο 2023 έχει ξεκινήσει συνεργασία με τον Εθνικό Οργανισμό Μεταμοσχεύσεων της Ελλάδος (Ε.Ο.Μ.), αναλαμβάνοντας την θέση του Τοπικού Συντονιστή Μεταμοσχεύσεων στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Ευαγγελισμός" και από τον Ιανουάριο 2024 στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αττικής ΚΑΤ. Έχει πολύχρονη εμπειρία στην αντιμετώπιση παθήσεων του πεπτικού συστήματος. Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians." Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Daskalakis Aleksandros is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has been running a private dietetic practice since 2020, following a patient-centered approach aimed at achieving realistic client goals with high success rates. He graduated from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. He extended his studies by pursuing a postgraduate degree at Bolton University in nutrigenetic analysis and genetic testing. He has worked in a clinical setting (Errikos Dynan Hospital) and has previously served for several years as a Chef and technical consultant for leading food companies in the sector, possessing advanced knowledge of food science. Aggeli - Kilitsian Maria is a Nutritionist - Dietitian and maintains a private practice in Elliniko, Attica.
