Γεννήθηκα και μεγάλωσα στη Γλυφάδα.

Είμαι μητέρα δύο μοναδικών αγοριών, που με εμπνέουν καθημερινά να ανακαλύπτω νέα κομμάτια του εαυτού μου και να εξελίσσομαι μαζί τους.

Οι σπουδές μου στην Κοινωνιολογία & Εγκληματολογία στο Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο με οδήγησαν αρχικά σε μια μακρά επαγγελματική πορεία στον χώρο του Marketing.

Για περισσότερα από δέκα χρόνια εργάστηκα ως Marketing Manager σε πολυεθνικές εταιρείες. Η εμπειρία αυτή με δίδαξε πολλά για την αξία, την οργάνωση και τις απαιτήσεις ενός έντονου εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος. Ωστόσο, ακολουθώντας την εσωτερική μου ανάγκη για αυθεντική σύνδεση με τους ανθρώπους, αποφάσισα να αλλάξω πορεία και να αφιερωθώ σε αυτό που πάντα αγαπούσα: την ψυχοθεραπεία.

Έχω προσφέρει εθελοντικά τις υπηρεσίες μου σε δομές όπως:

  • το τμήμα Κοινωνικών Υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Γλυφάδας
  • το Ελληνικό Κέντρο Focusing (κυρίως με περιστατικά ΔΕΠΥ)

Έχω ολοκληρώσει πάνω από 300 ώρες προσωπικής θεραπείας και βρίσκομαι σε σταθερό πλαίσιο εποπτείας από την αρχή της επαγγελματικής μου πορείας.

Συμμετέχω συστηματικά σε συνέδρια, σεμινάρια και επιμορφωτικά προγράμματα, εμπλουτίζοντας συνεχώς τις γνώσεις και τα εργαλεία μου.

Είμαι μέλος της Ελληνικής Προσωποκεντρικής Εταιρείας (ΕΠΒΕ). Είμαι trainee member στο International Focusing Institute της Νέας Υόρκης (TIFI). Είμαι τακτικό μέλος της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Συμβουλευτικής.

Επέλεξα την Προσωποκεντρική Προσέγγιση γιατί πιστεύω βαθιά στη μοναδική δύναμη που έχει κάθε άνθρωπος μέσα του στο πόσα μπορεί να καταφέρει και στο πώς μπορεί να ανθίσει όταν βρεθεί σε ένα ασφαλές και υποστηρικτικό πλαίσιο.
