I feel so comfortable with Evgenia. She has helped me to make progress with my family this year. Our family time together has changed; it is much calmer. Evgenia listens without judgment. I had 8 sessions with Ms Evgenia over Zoom. Even though we are from different time zones, she accommodated my time zone so that I could have a session at my convenience while she has to attend the session at 6am. That says a lot about her. I am a working professional in the healthcare industry. Though I did not have a serious problem, Ms Evgenia helped me focus on areas I would like to seek improvement. She helped me navigate my emotional issues and never once was she judgemental. I was also slow in gaining consistency in my breathing exercise, yet she was encouraging and patient. I was still unable to meditate at the end of the sessions. But two months later, I am proud to say that I am able to meditate consistently and achieved my initial goal. That is because she was a good teacher, a great listener and an amazing counsellor who was super compassionate. Thank you, Ms Evgenia!

My daughter had severe anxiety and was diagnosed with Social Anxiety from bullying that began in Elementary school. Fortunately a friend told me about Evegenia and her work with children to help them to change their mindset and teach them coping methods. In a short amount of time, I saw drastic improvements in my daughter’s mindset. She was able to overcome her fear and anxiety and improved her overall performance at school and gave her confidence that she had been missing. I strongly believe Evgenia’s expertise, time and attention enabled my daughter to live up to her full potential. She literally is a different child thanks to Evgenia and her wonderful work. I would recommend Evgenia without hesitation.
