Η συνεργασία με τη Γεωργία ξεκίνησε τυχαία σε μια περίοδο πολλών αλλαγών που ένιωθα πολύ πιεσμένη, μπερδεμένη και που δεν ήξερα από που να πιαστώ για να 'τακτοποιήσω' τις σκέψεις μου και τη ζωή μου. Ούσα εσωστρεφής, η Γεωργία μου έδωσε το χώρο και το χρόνο να εκφραστώ, χωρίς να νιώθω ότι με επικρίνει αλλά ούτε και ότι με 'νταντευει' και της είμαι ευγνώμων γι'αυτο. Η Γεωργία ειναι ένας θεραπευτής που πολυ νωρίς κέρδισε την εμπιστοσύνη μου και μου «επέτρεψε» να συζητήσουμε «περίπλοκα» θέμα που με απασχολούν και να νιώσω παρά πολυ ανετα μαζί της.Δείχνει κατανόηση .Και εχει βρει εξαιρετικό τρόπο να μου επικοινωνεί τα πράγματα. Κάθε φορά εχω ανυπομονησία για το ραντεβού μας για να συζητήσω τα πράγματα που με απασχολούν ακόμη και τα πιο “βαθιά».Χάρη στην βοήθεια της ειναι εντυπωσιακές οι αλλαγές στον τρόπο σκέψης μου.

Καθ' όλη την διαδικασία της θεραπείας (όσο δύσκολη και αν είναι σε κάθε περίπτωση) υπάρχει πλήρη κατανόηση των συναισθημάτων και ταυτόχρονα δημιουργείται η αίσθηση της εμπιστοσύνης και του σεβασμού.Ωστοσο το πιο σημαντικό είναι ότι σε κάθε δύσκολη κατάσταση υπάρχει αντικειμενική αντιμετώπιση από την ίδια την θεραπεύτρια με αποτέλεσμα η εμπιστοσύνη στο πρόσωπο της να κυριαρχεί !! Είναι απίστευτη 😁
