Mplathras Giorgos

Mplathras Giorgos is a Psychologist who maintains a private practice in Amaliada. He holds a degree in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom and a master's degree in Health Psychology from the same university. Additionally, he has earned a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Systems from the Open University of Cyprus and holds a Diploma in Psycho-education and Behavioral Family Therapy from the University of Athens in collaboration with the University Research Center for Mental Health, Neurosciences, and Precision Medicine. Concurrently, he possesses a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling from the European Institute of Counseling and Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Trauma Therapy from the same institute. Aiming for continuous education, he has participated in numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops. He completed his practical training at the Athens Association for Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders and served as a Research Assistant at the Psychology Laboratory of City Unity College. He has also worked as a Consultant - External Collaborator at Rodi - Center for the Therapy of Children, Adolescents, and Families, as well as at the Nikaia Center Konstantinos Konstantinidis. From 2022 to 2024, he was a Psychologist - External Collaborator at the Social Welfare Center of the Region of Attica, and to date, in addition to his private practice, he works as a Psychologist - Evaluator at the Court of First Instance of Ilia.
