Mousiadou Polina - Moving Forward

Polina Mousiadou - Moving Forward is a Psychologist - Psychotherapist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specializes in Person-Centered and Focusing Experiential counseling and psychotherapy, having trained in the 4-year program at the Hellenic Center for Focusing. She has completed the educational program in Postmodern Approaches to Systemic Psychotherapy at Kentrobienestar. She is certified in Embodied Experiential Dreamwork through the Embodied Experiential Dreamwork Certification Program by the International Focusing Institute. Additionally, she has successfully completed the annual training in Child Psychology: A Holistic Approach, focusing on developmental psychology from infancy to childhood, an educational program of the Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. Her initial studies are in Social and Human Sciences, with a master's degree in Social Anthropology. She has worked in Non-Governmental Organizations, adult education, and as an English teacher for children and adolescents. In recent years, she has been volunteering counseling sessions for women through the social services of the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA). Simultaneously, she participates in the implementation of two programs authorized by the Ministry of Education in schools: "Information & Awareness for High School Students on Domestic Violence" and "I Have the Right to Live Without Violence" in junior high schools.
