Ουσιαστικη, ανθρώπινη ,τυπική στο ραντεβού της,με βαθιές γνώσεις ψυχολογίας η κυρία Κοντραφουρη είναι ένας επαγγελματίας που με έχει βοηθήσει να οργανώσω τις σκέψεις μου,να εντοπίσω τις αδυναμιες μου και να δουλέψω πάνω σε αυτές σε ιδιαίτερα δύσκολη περίοδο της ζωής μου(θάνατος της μητέρας μου /μετοίκηση από το εξωτερικό μετά από 20 χρόνια/γονεικοτητα/διαζυγιο).Την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα καθώς εκτός από ακαδημαϊκή γνώση του αντικειμένου της, είναι η ίδια ένας βαθιά δουλεμένος άνθρωπος που ακούει ενεργητικά και καθοδηγεί τον θεραπευόμενο με ενσυναισθηση. Σημαντικό επίσης είναι το γεγονός πως δεν εισέπραξα, κατά την διάρκεια της συνεδρίας πως βασικό της ζητούμενο είναι η αμοιβή.Έχω βρεθεί σε θεραπευτή όπου σε στιγμή δίκης μου έντασης (έκλαιγα) άκουσα :δυστυχώς όμως ο χρόνος μας τελείωσε,συνεχίζουμε σε μια εβδομάδα. Κατανοώ πως μια συνεδρία σε ψυχολογο ορίζεται χρονικά ,εκτιμώ όμως στην κυρία Κοντραφουρη ότι έχει το κριτήριο να διακρίνει ποτέ πρέπει να δώσει χρόνο και χώρο στον θεραπευόμενο

Η κυρία Κοντραφούρη πέρα από άρτια καταρτισμένη, προσέγγισε το πρόβλημα μου με μεγάλη ενσυναίσθηση.Αισθάνθηκα πολύ άνετα μαζί της να μοιραστώ όσα με προβληματίζουν και ενημερώθηκα για πράγματα που δεν ήξερα για τα συμπτώματα μου καθώς και για το πώς λειτουργεί η ψυχοθεραπεία και πώς μπορώ να βοηθηθώ από την διαδικασία.
