He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD from the University of Ulm in Germany. Dr. Georgios Karydakis, MD, PhD, is an Orthopedic Surgeon, Military Physician, Doctor of Medicine from the University of Thessaly, Consultant at the Orthopedic Clinic of the 251st Air Force General Hospital, and maintains a private practice in Athens. He specializes in sports injuries, arthroscopy, reconstructive surgery of major joints (arthroplasty), pediatric orthopedic conditions, as well as trauma surgery. Panagiotis Papagiannopoulos MD, MSc, F.E.B.O.T. is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Piraeus. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree (MSc) in Health Unit Management from the Hellenic Open University. Additionally, he has obtained the title of Fellow of the E.B.O.T. Επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα μετά από 14 χρόνια παραμονής στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, έχοντας αφυπηρετήσει στην υψηλότερη βαθμίδα του μόνιμου Διευθυντή (substantive Consultant), με στόχο να παρέχει στους ασθενείς του τις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές διάγνωσης και θεραπείας με βάση τα διεθνή πρότυπα. Ασχολείται με όλο το φάσμα της τραυματολογίας με εξειδίκευση στην αντιμετώπιση των σύνθετων καταγμάτων του ώμου - αγκώνα. Επίσης, εξειδικεύεται στην αρθροσκόπηση ώμου - αγκώνα και γόνατος με μεγάλη χειρουργική εμπειρία και όγκο περιστατικών. Εφαρμόζει το ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας σύστημα ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Είναι εταίρος (fellow) του Βασιλικού Κολλεγίου των Χειρουργών του Εδιμβούργου, έχοντας ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τις σχετικές εξετάσεις. Επιπλέον, είναι εκπαιδευτής στο Advanced Trauma Life Support Course και στο παγκοσμίου φήμης Reading Shoulder and Elbow Course. Ταξιδεύει συχνά στην Ευρώπη όπου διδάσκει την τεχνική της ανάστροφης αρθροπλαστικής ώμου χωρίς stem. Την περίοδο 2017 - 2019 ήταν ο πρώτος Έλληνας που εκλέχτηκε μέλος της Εκπαιδευτικής Επιτροπής της Βρετανικής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα. Tέλος, τo 2020 εκλέχτηκε στην επιτροπή μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ώμου - Αγκώνα.

Ο Δρ. Κασιμάτης Γεώργιος MD, PhD, FEBOT, FEBHS είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός με ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στο Νέο Ηράκλειο και το Μαρούσι. Μετά την ειδικότητά του ολοκλήρωσε το Διδακτορικό του στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών με "Άριστα" πάνω στη σπονδυλική στήλη. Εξειδικεύθηκε σε μεγάλα κέντρα του εξωτερικού πάνω σε επεμβάσεις αποκατάστασης των οστών και των αρθρώσεων και έλαβε τον τίτλο του “Fellow” από την Ευρωπαϊκή Εταιρεία Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας (FΕΒΟΤ) κατόπιν γραπτών και προφορικών εξετάσεων. Στη συνέχεια και για μια πενταετία ασχολήθηκε με το ‘Ανω Άκρο – Μικροχειρουργική και το 2012 κατόπιν γραπτών και προφορικών εξετάσεων που διεξήγαγε ο επίσημος φορέας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για τη Χειρουργική του Χεριού (FESSH/UEMS) στην Αμβέρσα (Βέλγιο), πιστοποιήθηκε στη Χειρουργική του Χεριού ως “Fellow of the European Board in Hand Surgery” (FEBHS). Την πιστοποίηση αυτή ακόμα και σήμερα κατέχουν ελάχιστοι Έλληνες oρθοπαιδικοί χειρουργοί. Έχει ασχοληθεί επισταμένα με το αντικείμενο του ώμου και έχει δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα σχετικά επιστημονικά περιοδικά, ενώ είναι και τακτικό μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρείας Ώμου-Αγκώνα (SECEC/ ESSSE). Στο ιατρείο του ο κάθε ασθενής ανεξάρτητα με την ηλικία του έχει τη δυνατότητα να ενημερωθεί για την πρόληψη-θεραπεία ορθοπαιδικών παθήσεων, σύμφωνα με τις πλέον σύγχρονες και εξειδικευμένες μεθόδους. Ο Δρ. Κασιμάτης Γεώργιος, FEBOT, FEBHS έχει σημαντική εμπειρία σε περιστατικά αρθροσκοπήσεων και αρθροπλαστικών (γόνατος, ισχίου, ώμου), ενώ αναλαμβάνει παιδιά με ορθοπαιδικά προβλήματα, καθώς και ασθενείς με προβλήματα μυοσκελετικής ογκολογίας. Οι ορθοπαιδικές υπηρεσίες που παρέχονται στο ιατρείο του είναι μεταξύ άλλων: παρακολούθηση κατάγματος, παρακολούθηση κύφωσης, παρακολούθηση σπονδυλόλυσης – σπονδυλολίσθησης, παρακολούθηση σκολίωσης, έλεγχος οστεοπόρωσης, τοποθέτηση γύψου και ενδοαρθρικές ενέσεις. Οι Δρ. Πισκοπάκης Νικόλαος & Πισκοπάκης Ανδρέας είναι Ορθοπαιδικοί Χειρουργοί και διατηρούν ιδιωτικό ιατρείο Ρέθυμνο και στο Μαρούσι (εντός του Ιατρικού Κέντρου Αθηνών). Ο Δρ. Πισκοπάκης Νικόλαος είναι Διευθυντής της Ορθοπεδικής Κλινικής - Αθλητικών Κακώσεων του Ιατρικού Κέντρου Αθηνών. Είναι Διδάκτωρ του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (ΕΚΠΑ) και έχει εξειδίκευση στην Αρθροσκοπική Χειρουργική, στη χειρουργική αντικατάσταση των μεγάλων αρθρώσεων (ολική αντικατάσταση γόνατος, ισχίου, ώμου) και στις αθλητικές κακώσεις. Διαθέτει πλούσια εμπειρία στον κλάδο του από το 1982, κατέχοντας σημαντικές θέσεις, καθώς ήταν ένας εκ των ιδρυτών της Κλινικής Αθλητικών Κακώσεων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αττικής ΚΑΤ και σήμερα κατέχει την θέση του Διευθυντή της Ορθοπεδικής Κλινικής και Αθλητικών Κακώσεων του Ιατρικού Κέντρου Αθηνών. Έχει διατελέσει Πρόεδρος της Ελληνικής Αρθροσκοπικής Εταιρείας από το 2010 έως το 2012. Ο κ.
