Εξειδικεύθηκε στις Παθήσεις και Χειρουργική Ωχράς Κηλίδος, Αμφιβληστροειδούς και Υαλοειδούς και στη Χειρουργική Καταρράκτη στο Πανεπιστημιακό νοσοκομείο Whipps Cross University Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust, στο Λονδίνο της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας. Ταυτόχρονα, έχει διοριστεί ως Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης και Πανεπιστημιακή Υπότροφος του τμήματος Παθήσεων Ωχράς Κηλίδος και Αμφιβληστροειδούς στην Ά Πανεπιστημιακή Οφθαλμολογική Κλινική Αθηνών του ΓΝΑ "Γ. Γεννηματάς", αναλαμβάνοντας τη διάγνωση και τη θεραπεία ολόκληρου του φάσματος των παθήσεων της Ωχράς κηλίδος και του Αμφιβληστροειδούς, συμμετέχοντας παράλληλα στην εκπαίδευση και κατάρτιση των ειδικευομένων Ιατρών Οφθαλμολογίας και των φοιτητών της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών. Βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στους πολύ λίγους εξειδικευμένους Οφθαλμιάτρους με εκτεταμένη εμπειρία στη θεραπεία με τα ειδικά laser αμφιβληστροειδούς και Ωχράς Κηλίδος : Φωτοδυναμική θεραπεία PDT- Photodynamic Therapy, Micropulse Laser , Panretinal Photocoagulation PRP. Τέλος, διδάσκει στο Μεταπτυχιακό Πρόγραμμα σπουδών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών για ιατρούς Οφθαλμιάτρους ¨Σύγχρονες Προσεγγίσεις στην Παθολογία και Χειρουργική του Αμφιβληστροειδούς¨ και στο μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα διαθλαστικής χειρουργικής "Αντιμετώπιση διαθλαστικών εκτροπών και διαθλαστικές επεμβάσεις ", επίσης του Πανεπιστημίου Ιατρικής Αθηνών ΕΚΠΑ. Στο ιατρείο της αναλαμβάνει περιστατικά που άπτονται σε όλες τις υποεξειδικεύσεις και φάσμα της Οφθαλμολογίας σε ενήλικες και παιδιά, καθώς και χειρουργικά περιστατικά.
