Επισκέφθηκα τον γιατρό για έναν προληπτικό έλεγχο και ζήτησα να κάνω εξετάσεις αίματος και ορμονικές εξετάσεις. Στο πρώτο ραντεβού μου έγραψε τις εξετάσεις, χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποιο συγκεκριμένο σύμπτωμα ή πρόβλημα υγείας από την πλευρά μου. Αφού έκανα τις εξετάσεις και επέστρεψα με τα αποτελέσματα, η ενημέρωση που έλαβα ήταν ότι όλα είναι φυσιολογικά και να επανέλθω σε λίγους μήνες για επανέλεγχο. Προσωπικά θα ήθελα μια πιο αναλυτική εξήγηση των αποτελεσμάτων και περισσότερες πληροφορίες για το τι ακριβώς δείχνουν οι εξετάσεις μου. Έφυγα με την αίσθηση ότι η επίσκεψη ήταν αρκετά σύντομη σε σχέση με το κόστος των 50€.

Σας ευχαριστώ για την αξιολόγησή σας. Κατά την αξιολόγηση των εξετάσεών σας δεν διαπιστώθηκε κανένα απολύτως παθολογικό εύρημα. Όλοι οι δείκτες ήταν φυσιολογικοί και εντός των προβλεπόμενων ορίων. Υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες δεν υπήρχε ιατρική ένδειξη για περαιτέρω διερεύνηση, πρόσθετες εξετάσεις ή θεραπευτικές παρεμβάσεις. Αυτό ακριβώς αποτελεί το επιθυμητό και καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα για έναν ασθενή. Η ποιότητα μιας ιατρικής πράξης δεν μετριέται με το χρονόμετρο. Ο χρόνος που απαιτείται καθορίζεται από την πολυπλοκότητα των ευρημάτων και τις ανάγκες του ασθενούς. Όταν δεν υπάρχουν παθολογικά ευρήματα προς ανάλυση, είναι απολύτως φυσιολογικό η ενημέρωση να ολοκληρώνεται σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα. Το αντίθετο θα αποτελούσε αχρείαστη επιμήκυνση της επίσκεψης χωρίς κανένα ιατρικό όφελος. Επιπλέον, η επανεξέταση για την αξιολόγηση των αποτελεσμάτων πραγματοποιήθηκε χωρίς καμία επιπλέον χρέωση. Για τον λόγο αυτό θεωρώ άδικη τη σύνδεση της διάρκειας της επίσκεψης με το κόστος ή με υποτιθέμενη έλλειψη ενδιαφέροντος εκ μέρους του ιατρού. Σέβομαι κάθε άποψη, ωστόσο η συγκεκριμένη αξιολόγηση δεν αντικατοπτρίζει την πραγματική ιατρική εικόνα της επίσκεψης, κατά την οποία διαπιστώθηκε πλήρης απουσία παθολογικών ευρημάτων και δόθηκαν οι απαραίτητες ιατρικές οδηγίες.

Όλα καλά ο γιατρός ήταν perfekt όμως θα ήθελα λιγάκι με τον χρόνο να το ξοδέψω όλο διότι πολλές απορίες σαν άνθρωποι που είμαστε και όχι γιατροί θέλουμε να ρωτάμε καταλάβετε. Πάντως τελείως σε όλα τα άλλα όπως και βαθμολογισα πιο πάνω.
