Ο γιατρός δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ στο ιατρείο. Περίμενα από κάτω μισή ώρα. Σε όλους μπορεί να συμβεί κάτι αλλά τουλάχιστον ένα μήνυμα για ακύρωση πρέπει να στέλνετε.

Το ραντεβού σας για την 8η Αυγούστου αντί για τις 9:00 π.μ. όπου και επιβεβαιώθηκε, κλείστηκε στο προσωπικό μου πρόγραμμα στις 9:00 μ.μ. Παρ' όλα αυτά ενημερωθήκατε σχετικά με το λάθος αυτό τηλεφωνικώς, όπου και σας ζήτησα συγγνώμη. Αναλαμβάνω πλήρως την ευθύνη για ό,τι συνέβη. Παραμένω στην διάθεσή σας για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.
