Papoutsis Konstantinos MD, FEBOT, FRCS (Tr&Orth) is a Military Physician, Orthopedic Surgeon, Traumatologist, and maintains a private practice in Panormou. He is a Consultant at the Orthopedic Clinic of the Naval Hospital of Athens. He graduated from the Medical Department of the Military School of Corps Officers and holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
