Konidaris Aleksandros MD

Mr. Konidaris Aleksandros is a specialist in Endocrinology - Diabetes - Metabolism and maintains a private practice at the Medica Polyclinic in Agios Stefanos, Attica, where he also serves as the scientific director. He graduated from the Medical School of Heraklion, University of Crete, in 2013. He specialized in the Endocrinology - Growth and Development Department at the General Children's Hospital Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou, as well as in the Department of Endocrinology - Diabetes - Metabolism at the Korgialeneio - Benakeio General Hospital of the Hellenic Red Cross, where he received training in general and specialized endocrinology clinics, including Diabetes Mellitus (type 1 & 2), Osteoporosis, Dyslipidemias, and Obesity. He also trained in the specialized thyroid ultrasound clinic and in the management of thyroid nodules and thyroid malignancies.

He possesses extensive clinical experience in the management of thyroid gland diseases, parathyroid gland disorders, diabetes mellitus (types 1 & 2), pituitary and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and obesity.

He is a member of both the Hellenic and European Endocrinology Societies and has participated as a presenter and speaker in numerous Greek and European conferences.
