Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Specialist Pathologist Dr. Petros Kampouris is a graduate of the "Friedrich - Alexander" University of Erlangen in Germany and holds a doctorate from the Institute of Gerontology at the same University. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the "Klinikum Bremen-Ost" Hospital in Bremen. He has worked at the "Deegenberg Klinik" Hospital in Bad Kissingen and at the Rehabilitation Center "Reha Klinik Bad Aibling" in Bavaria. Dr. Petros Kampouris is a member of the Hellenic Obesity Society and handles cases covering the entire spectrum of pathology and diabetology.

Poulis Arsenios is a Specialist in Internal Medicine, a collaborator of the Diagnostic Therapeutic Center of Athens "HYGEIA" for many years, and maintains a private practice in Alsoupoli, Nea Ionia. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Ioannina. He completed his specialty in Internal Medicine and trained in Medical Acupuncture, Chinese Acupuncture, Auricular Neuromodulation (auriculotherapy), and New Cranial Acupuncture according to YAMAMOTO (YNSA). During his professional career, he served for 17 years as a Chief Consultant in the 1st Pathological Oncology Clinic of the "HYGEIA" Hospital. Currently, he is a collaborator at "HYGEIA" Hospital with extensive experience in managing pathological diseases and applying Medical Acupuncture. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Institute of Acupuncture Education as well as a founding member of the Academy of Auricular Neuromodulation.

Tsoukala Xrysoula MD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist who maintains private practices in Aigaleo and Glyfada. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Subsequently, she specialized in Pathology and then in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the General University Hospital "Attikon" as well as at the Athens Children's General Hospital "Panagiota & Aglaia Kyriakou." Additionally, she has completed postgraduate courses in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. The physician has extensive clinical experience and is specialized in diabetes mellitus, thyroid and parathyroid glands, as well as in the management of obesity and metabolic disorders. Finally, she has attended numerous scientific conferences both in Greece and abroad.

Antoniou Xaralampos is a Specialist General Practitioner - Family Physician with a private practice in Neapoli, Thessaloniki. He has specialized in Emergency Prehospital Medicine (EKAB) and has undertaken further training in Lipidology. His clinical interests include the management of diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia - atheromatosis, arterial hypertension, osteoporosis, as well as acute infections (respiratory, urinary, digestive systems). His private practice is fully equipped with an otoscope, electrocardiographs, the capability to measure glycated hemoglobin (HBA1C), lipids, and more. Finally, the physician is a member of the Hellenic Society of Atherosclerosis.

Dr. Triantafylli Nikolopoulou, MD, MSc, is a Specialist in Internal Medicine with a private practice in Vrilissia. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a postgraduate diploma in "Arterial Hypertension and Associated Cardiovascular and Renal Diseases" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as additional training in Lipidology, Diabetes Mellitus, and Cardiometabolic Diseases. She completed her residency at the 1st Internal Medicine-Infectious Diseases Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and currently serves as an Attending Physician at the private hospital “HYGEIA.” She manages a wide range of internal medicine conditions, including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, infections, and anemia evaluation, with a primary focus on early diagnosis and effective treatment of her patients. Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Eleutheria Mixalopoulou is a Specialist in Pathology - Diabetology and maintains a private clinic in Nea Smyrni. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specializes in Diabetology, Hyperlipidemia, and Arterial Hypertension. In her private clinic, she offers a wide range of services tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Prentza Vasiliki is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains private practices in Haidari and Aspropyrgos. She holds a PhD from the Medical School and a Master's Degree in “Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity,” as well as a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. The physician completed her specialty in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Internal Medicine Department of the Prefectural General Hospital of Western Attica and at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." She has specialized in the diagnosis and monitoring of diabetic patients, having trained at the 2nd University Internal Medicine Clinic of the Hippokration Hospital of Athens. During her career, she has worked as a Specialist Physician for the Health Committees of KE.P.A and in the Emergency Department of the "Hygeia" Hospital. Pasxalidis Konstantinos is a pathologist with a private practice in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his 5-year specialty in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Propaedeutic Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippokrateio". Since 2003, he has been working as a pathologist at the Medical Diavalkaniko Center, in the Artificial Kidney Unit, monitoring chronic patients undergoing hemodialysis, as well as examining and hospitalizing patients in the clinic. Finally, the physician is a member of the Hellenic Atherosclerosis Society and actively and consistently participates in Greek and international conferences aiming at his continuous education and excellent training.

Oikonomidou Christina is a specialist endocrinologist-diabetologist, with a clinic in Karditsa. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued her training in endocrinology-diabetology at the Endocrinology-Diabetology Clinic of the Polyclinic Hospital of Athens, as well as in the Obesity Department of the University Clinic of Laiko Hospital of Athens. She also trained in the use of ultrasound at the Athens General Hospital "Evangelismos," as well as in pediatric endocrinology and adolescent endocrinology at the Children's Hospital Agia Sofia. She specializes in thyroid and parathyroid gland disorders, type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and gestational diabetes. She also specializes in obesity, osteoporosis, calcium-vitamin D metabolism disorders, and menstrual disorders-polycystic ovary syndrome. She manages growth disorders, short stature, puberty, and pituitary-adrenal gland conditions. Ο Καλιοντζάκης Γιάννης είναι Παθολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στα Χανιά. Είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης ενώ ειδικευτηκε στην εσωτερική παθολογία στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Χανίων "Ο Άγιος Γεώργιος" και στο Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Ηρακλείου. Μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Νευρολογική κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης "Παπαγεωργίου" πάνω στην θεραπευτική αντιμετώπιση των Εγκεφαλικών Επεισοδίων και τη θρομβόλυση, καθώς και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Αλεξάνδρα" στη Μονάδα Εγκεφαλικών. Παράλληλα, συμμετείχε σε όλες τις υποχρεώσεις της Νευρολογικής κλινικής (εφημερίες, κλινικό έργο, διασυνδετική με τις άλλες κλινικές). Η συμμετοχή του στη Νευρολογική κλινική επέφερε μια γεφύρωση αλλά και την διεύρυνση των γνώσεών του πάνω στο αντικείμενο της παθολογίας και της νευρολογίας.

Έχει συμμετάσχει σε μελέτες σε Ελληνικά και διεθνή περιοδικά, σε Ελληνικά, Ευρωπαϊκά και παγκόσμια συνέδρια αγγειακών εγκεφαλικών επεισοδίων καθώς έχει προσκληθεί και σε πολλά διεθνή συνέδρια του εξωτερικού ενώ παρακολουθεί ανελλιπώς τις εξελίξεις πάνω στο αντικείμενο των αγγειακών εγκεφαλικών και καρδιαγγειακών νόσων.

Ioanna Skrapari MD, PhD is an Internal Medicine Specialist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Argyroupoli. She studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the Alexandra General Hospital of Athens. She holds a Doctorate degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a specialization certificate in Diabetes Mellitus. Currently, after many years of experience, she is a Director at the National Health System (ESY) at the Evangelismos General Hospital of Athens and Head of the Diabetology Clinic in the 3rd Internal Medicine Department of the same hospital. She has participated as a speaker in numerous medical conferences and scientific seminars and has a substantial body of written work with publications in international and Greek scientific journals.

Karyofylli Tamisoglou Ioanna is a Specialist in Internal Medicine maintaining private practices in Thessaloniki. She is actively involved in the management and treatment of patients with arterial hypertension, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes mellitus. Additionally, she is engaged in the full spectrum of infectious diseases. From 2010 to 2016, she studied at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace. Additionally, she participates in the Ministry of Health’s "Personal Doctor" program and is a contracted physician with EOPYY. She is a member of the medical network of Affidea diagnostic centers and cooperates with all private insurance companies. Pamporaki Christina, MD, PhD, PD habil, is an Endocrinologist-Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Patras. She specialized in Endocrinology-Diabetology at the University Hospital of Dresden, Germany, and the Theagenio Anticancer Hospital of Thessaloniki. She graduated (MD) from the Medical School of Ioannina. She obtained her Doctorate (PhD) from the Department of Endocrinology at the Medical School of Ioannina and the habilitation title (PD habil) from the Department of Endocrinology at the Medical School of Dresden, Germany. Her research and teaching work focuses on pituitary and adrenal disorders, as well as menstrual disorders. Dr. Pamporaki has published more than 66 original articles and book chapters. In parallel with her private practice in Patras, she works as an Associate Professor of Endocrinology and Head of the Adrenal Diseases Department at the University Hospital of Dresden, Germany.

Mpenroumpi Marianna is a Diabetologist with a private practice in Kypseli and concurrently serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Euroclinic of Athens. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has undergone specialized training in Diabetology at King's College Hospital in London. She has served as the Director of the Diabetology Center at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." She has extensive experience in type 1 diabetes and insulin pumps, in the monitoring and management of diabetic foot problems, and in providing psychological support and education to individuals with diabetes. Finally, Dr. Mpenroumpi Marianna has served twice as the president of the Hellenic Diabetes Association.
