Tsantilas Apostolos MD, MSc is a General Practitioner who maintains a private practice in Melissia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he graduated from the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS) and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous hospitals, and currently, alongside his private practice, he serves as an Emergency and Chronic Cases Physician at the "Medifirst" Polyclinic, Consultant at the Emergency Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and collaborates with the Elderly Care Home "Agios Symeon." Finally, the doctor has served as an instructor at the Combat Nursing School within the Army Special Forces Directorate, as well as at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Dr. Margouta Anastasia is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. She holds a Doctorate and a Master's Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Dr. Margouta specializes in hypertension and diabetes mellitus, the holistic management of obesity, as well as stress. She has worked for many years in university hospitals in Greece and abroad. The services she provides include: regulation and monitoring of blood pressure with 24-hour recording using a high-precision Holter monitor, diabetes management and control, early and timely detection of complications of diabetes mellitus affecting the small and large vessels of the body (retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, coronary heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cerebrovascular disease) and aggressive management of these in collaboration with leading colleagues of the corresponding specialties. She undertakes the nutritional and pharmacological management of serious chronic diseases. The goal is to teach the correct dietary habits tailored individually to each patient's health condition. Additionally, she provides early diagnosis and treatment of specific infections. Furthermore, she has undergone further training in issues related to obesity, stress, and health. She has participated in clinical studies approved by the National Organization for Medicines (EOF) and in research projects, with publications in Greek and international medical journals, as well as articles in magazines and books in both Greek and foreign languages. She has also specialized in major hospitals in London and Zurich, Switzerland.

Melxer Spyridon is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Moschato. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Palermo and completed his specialty in Pathology at the "P. Giaccone" Polyclinic in Italy. He has served as Consultant at the Internal Medicine Clinic of Euroclinic Athens and has recently been promoted to Deputy Director at the same Clinic. He specializes in the management of Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, and Obesity and is a collaborator of Eurodiet. He also has significant experience in Rheumatology, having been a Clinical Associate at the rheumatology outpatient clinic (Policlinico “P. Giaccone”) in Palermo, Italy. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Diabetes Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Italian Society of Internal Medicine, and the Piraeus Medical Association.

Memi Eleni MD, MSc, PhD is an Endocrinologist who maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She also serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Palaiou Faliro Clinic of the Athens Medical Center and as an Academic Fellow in the 2nd Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the "Aretaieio" Hospital. She holds a Doctorate in Medicine from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she also earned her medical degree and a postgraduate specialization in "Medical Research Technology." She specialized in Endocrinology and worked as a resident physician in the Metabolic and Endocrine Diseases Department at the University Hospital "Carémeau" in France, as well as in the Bone Diseases Department at the University Hospital of Geneva, Switzerland. Furthermore, she received training in the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Department at the University Hospital of Lausanne, Switzerland, and completed her endocrinology training at the Endocrinology Department - Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Finally, she has attended numerous conferences and postgraduate seminars in Greece and abroad and has contributed to multiple research projects that were presented at Greek and international conferences and published in scientific journals.
