Poulis Arsenios is a Specialist in Internal Medicine, a collaborator of the Diagnostic Therapeutic Center of Athens "HYGEIA" for many years, and maintains a private practice in Alsoupoli, Nea Ionia. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Ioannina. He completed his specialty in Internal Medicine and trained in Medical Acupuncture, Chinese Acupuncture, Auricular Neuromodulation (auriculotherapy), and New Cranial Acupuncture according to YAMAMOTO (YNSA). During his professional career, he served for 17 years as a Chief Consultant in the 1st Pathological Oncology Clinic of the "HYGEIA" Hospital. Currently, he is a collaborator at "HYGEIA" Hospital with extensive experience in managing pathological diseases and applying Medical Acupuncture. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Institute of Acupuncture Education as well as a founding member of the Academy of Auricular Neuromodulation.

Dr. Mauropoulos Giorgos is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains the private practice "Athenian Lab & Medicine" in Athens. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and began his specialty training in Internal Medicine at the 251 Air Force General Hospital. Subsequently, he moved to Sweden, where he obtained a specialty in Internal Medicine from Blekingesjukhuset Hospital in Karlskrona and continued with a specialty in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the Endocrinology Clinics of Skåne University Hospital and Sahlgrenska University Hospital. During his further training, he specialized in Thyroid Diseases and Diabetes Mellitus at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, where he later served as the Scientific Director of the Gender Dysphoria Center and Consultant of the Endocrinology Clinic at the same hospital. Currently, alongside his private practice, he works remotely as a Senior Consultant in the Endocrinology Clinic of Helsingborg Hospital. With deep passion and expertise, Dr. Mauropoulos offers high-level services across the entire spectrum of endocrinology, as well as specialized services such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis.

Trigonis Sotirios is a General Practitioner with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holds a postgraduate degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health, and a postgraduate diploma from EKAB in Emergency Prehospital Medicine. He has extensive experience in managing emergency cases, home care, and treating patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and obesity, while also implementing the Eurodiet medical weight management method. In addition to his private practice, he serves as an emergency and chronic disease management physician at the modern polyclinic of Alimos. Previously, he was the head of emergency cases at the Polyclinic of the Olympic Village and served as Scientific Director at the Health Center of Keratea. Furthermore, he continues to collaborate with numerous private clinics to date.

Sotiropoulos Konstantinos is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Erythraia. He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a Master’s degree (MSc) in Endocrinology from the same institution. He received further training in the field of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications at the Vascular Cell Biology and Diabetic Complications Department at the Joslin Diabetes Center of Harvard Medical School in Boston. Subsequently, he took a salaried position at the Joslin Diabetes Center, participating in clinical protocols involving diabetic patients, gaining both clinical and research experience. He has been clinically involved in Pathology, the management of diabetes mellitus, and its complications continuously for over 20 years, having worked in hospitals throughout Greece. In recent years, he has also been engaged in Geriatrics, working in hospitals of the National Health System of the United Kingdom. Throughout his extensive career, he has received numerous distinctions and awards in Greece and abroad for his research work and has a prolific number of scientific publications in both Greek and international journals.

Georgiadis Panagiotis is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Nikaia. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is specialized in Pathology with expertise in diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and internal medicine. He possesses extensive experience and training, and has worked for many years at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos".

As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Kleitsas Aggelos is a Specialist in Internal Medicine – Diabetology and maintains a private practice in Kalamaria. He studied at the School of Medicine of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He then completed his rural service at the Health Center of Nea Moudania, Chalkidiki, followed by a five-year specialty in Internal Medicine under distinguished physicians of the 1st Internal Medicine Clinic of Agios Dimitrios Hospital in Thessaloniki. After obtaining his specialty, he trained in renal replacement therapy methods at the Nephrology Department of Hippokration Hospital in Thessaloniki. Subsequently, upon starting his private practice, he concurrently worked at the Hemodialysis Unit of Galinos Clinic during the period 2003-2005. In mid-2003, he began working at the IKA polyclinic in the Votsi area of Thessaloniki. He served there for 11 consecutive years and was the head of the clinic for the last two years. His education was further enriched with a two-year specialization in the complex field of diabetes mellitus at Papageorgiou Hospital during 2005-2007. Subsequently, after collaborating with the Medical Diavalkaniko Center of Thessaloniki, he served for three years as Director and Scientific Supervisor of the Internal Medicine Department at THERMI Clinic.

Mpaniotis Ioannis is a Pathologist who maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Bucharest and completed his specialization in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Giannitsa and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Dimitrios." Additionally, after two years of training, he obtained certification in Medical Acupuncture and has undergone further training at the Hospital of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Beijing and the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. Raptis Athanasios is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains private clinics in Athens and Kalyvia Attikis. He is an Emeritus Professor of Pathology - Diabetes Mellitus at the Medical School of the University of Athens (EKPA) and an Associate of the Athens Medical Center (Marousi). He specializes in Diabetes Mellitus (type 1, type 2, gestational, insulin pumps), its complications, arterial hypertension, as well as the entire spectrum of metabolic diseases (dyslipidemia, obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). He was a member of the Diabetology Center of the 2nd Propaedeutic Pathology Clinic of the University of Athens from 1982 to 2024, except for the period of his military service, rural medical practice, and further training. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He underwent two years of postgraduate training at King’s College London, in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolic Diseases at Guy's Hospital, focusing on arterial hypertension and diabetic nephropathy. He possesses significant academic and research work and is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Hellenic Professional Association of Pathologists - Diabetologists, the Hellenic Diabetological Society (elected member of the Board of Directors), and the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD).

Euthymiou Aleksios is an MD, MSc General Practitioner with a private clinic in Glyfada, Attica. He graduated from the Medical School of Ovidius University of Constanta in Romania and holds a certificate in basic life support and external defibrillator use (BLS/AED). He has extensive professional experience, working as an Associate Physician at EKAVI and Eurodiet Med, and has served as a Scientific Collaborator at the Palaiou Faliro Medical Center. He has also worked in the Emergency, Diabetology, and Obstetric Departments of the Markopoulo Health Center. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Society of General Medicine.

Anastasopoulos Vasilis is an Internist at the General Hospital of Attica KAT with the rank of Senior Registrar and maintains a private practice in Nea Filadelfeia. He holds a Medical Degree and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi," as well as in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon." He holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. He has received further training in emergency pre-hospital medicine at the National Center for Emergency Care (EKAB), as well as in the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon," focusing on lipid disorders and cardiovascular disease prevention. He has served as the scientific director at the Local Health Unit in Petroupoli and at the Health Center of Peristeri. He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Society for the Study of Risk Factors for Vascular Diseases, and the Hellenic Lipidology Society. As part of continuous medical education, he has attended numerous scientific conferences and has contributed to the writing of scientific papers.

Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Nezi Markella MD, MSc is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Pallini. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master's degree in the specialization program "Research in Female Reproduction." Additionally, she completed her endocrinology specialization in the Endocrinology - Diabetes Mellitus and Metabolism Department at the "E.E.S Korgialeneio - Benakeio" Hospital, and she currently serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Aretaieio Hospital in the Endocrinology Unit. Furthermore, she has numerous presentations and published abstracts in Greek and international conferences and significant research activity, highlighted by her distinction for the best clinical paper at the 28th Panhellenic AIDS Conference in 2018 in Athens. Finally, Dr. Markella is a member of the Athens Medical Association and the Hellenic Endocrinological Society.

Dr. Kaza Maria, MD, MSc, PhD, is a Endocrinologist – Diabetologist | Metabolism Specialist and maintains a private practice in Gerakas. She is a contracted Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She holds a doctorate with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a doctoral thesis entitled "The effect of physical activity on the physical and mental well-being of children and adolescents with diabetes mellitus". She completed with Distinction her postgraduate studies in Endocrinology and Diabetes (MSc in Endocrinology and Diabetes) at the Medical School of Queen Mary University of London (Queen Mary University of London, Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry UK) and is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras. She has been trained in hospitals in Greece and the United Kingdom and possesses extensive clinical experience in a wide range of endocrinological disorders, such as type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, obesity, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, and endocrine disorders of pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, menstrual disorders, diseases of the adrenal glands and pituitary, and endocrine hypertension. Her research and academic activities further include publications in international medical journals, participation in Greek and international conferences, as well as teaching experience at the Dietetics and Sport Science departments of Metropolitan and Mediterranean College. She is a member of the Hellenic Endocrinological Society, the General Medical Council (GMC) of the United Kingdom, and the Athens Medical Association. Finally, she holds degrees in English and French languages. 

Ο Dr. Σημαιάκης Γεώργιος MD, PhD εξειδικευθείς στον καρκίνο θυρεοειδούς είναι Στρατιωτικός Ιατρός επιστημονικά υπεύθυνος του Κέντρου Προχωρημένου Καρκίνου Θυρεοειδούς Ερρίκος Ντυνάν HC ενώ είχε διατελέσει επιστημονικά υπεύθυνος του Ιατρείου Νεοπλασιών Θυρεοειδούς 401 ΓΣΝΑ. Είναι Αριστούχος Διδάκτωρ Ιατρικής Σχολής Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και γραμματέας του Επιστημονικού Τμήματος Θυρεοειδούς της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρείας. Εξειδικεύεται στην αντιμετώπιση του καρκίνου του θυρεοειδούς και της οζώδους θυρεοειδικής νόσου, έχοντας μετεκπαιδευτεί σε Ευρωπαϊκό Κέντρο Αναφοράς για τον Καρκίνο Θυρεοειδούς, στην Ενδοκρινολογική Μονάδα Κλινικής Έρευνας Ιατρικής και Χειρουργικής Σχολής Πανεπιστημίου της Πίζα. Το ερευνητικό του ενδιαφέρον εστιάζεται στον καρκίνο θυρεοειδούς, έχοντας λάβει υποτροφία για διεξαγωγή Ερευνητικού Προγράμματος από την Ευρωπαϊκή και Ελληνική Ενδοκρινολογική Εταιρεία. Έχει λάβει το πτυχίο του από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτέλειου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και από τη Στρατιωτική Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων. Κατά τη συμμετοχή του ως Μόνιμος Αξιωματικός σε Ειρηνευτική Αποστολή - ΝΑΤΟ έλαβε Τιμητική Διαμνημόνευση. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ενδοκρινολογία στην Παθολογική Κλινική του 401 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών και στην Πανεπιστημιακή Θεραπευτική Κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου "Αλεξάνδρα". Έχει βραβευτεί οκτώ φορές έως σήμερα από την Ελληνική Ενδοκρινολογική Εταιρεία, για επιστημονικές εργασίες και δημοσιεύσεις με θέμα τον καρκίνο θυρεοειδούς και την κλινική ενδοκρινολογία. Επίσης έχει βραβευτεί στο Πανευρωπαϊκό Συνέδριο Νέων Ενδοκρινολόγων για την καλύτερη εργασία στο επιστημονικό πεδίο του Θυρεοειδούς με θέμα το μοριακό προφίλ ασθενών με Μυελοειδές Καρκίνωμα Θυρεοειδούς. Ειδικεύεται στην αντιμετώπιση παθήσεων του θυρεοειδούς (καλοήθεις και κακοήθεις) μεταξύ των οποίων, Μυελοειδές καρκίνωμα θυρεοειδούς, Αναπλαστικό καρκίνωμα θυρεοειδούς, Μεταστατικό καρκίνωμα θυρεοειδούς καθώς και στις διαταραχές οστικού μεταβολισμού (οστεοπόρωση). Aleksaki Sofia is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and a PhD candidate at École des Ponts ParisTech in France, with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes Mellitus, and Metabolism at Venizeleio General Hospital of Heraklion, where she further specialized in Diabetology. She also has many years of clinical and research experience in Greece, the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium.
