Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Eirini Avgoustou is a Specialist in Internal Medicine. She serves as an Attending Physician at the 2nd Department of Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases at HYGEIA Hospital, while also running a private practice in Agia Paraskevi.

She is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens, from which she graduated with Honors (“Excellent”). She completed her specialty training in Internal Medicine at “Georgios Gennimatas” General Hospital of Athens. She has also worked in hospitals abroad (Hôpital Erasme – Brussels, Hôpital Arnaud de Villeneuve – Montpellier) and has received further training in Arterial Hypertension.

The physician’s primary focus is the prompt management of patients’ conditions, guided by a compassionate and understanding approach, thorough clinical examination, and the formulation of individualized treatment plans. Finally, she consistently dedicates time to prevention and screening.

Garzonis Spyros is an Internist and Diabetologist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Thoracic Diseases Hospital of Athens "Sotiria." Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetes Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for more than 10 years. He holds official specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. He has a particular interest and engagement in diabetes technology and insulin pumps. He has participated as a volunteer physician in a mission of Doctors Without Borders - Greece in Zambia and in programs within Greece. Finally, the doctor is a member of the Hellenic Diabetes Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Hellenic Society for the Study of Diabetic Foot Disorders, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, and Doctors Without Borders - Greece.

Dr. Dermitzakis Stylianos is a Pathologist, founder and owner of the Premedicare Medical Center. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and holds a postgraduate degree in "Health Unit Management" from the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University of Patras. Within his specialty training, he served at the 1st IKA Hospital "Papadimitriou," the Regional General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio," as well as at the Military Fund Nursing Institution NIMTS. Additionally, he served as Head of Pathology at the Athens Bioclinic and concurrently was Director of Medical Services at Cross Border, providing medical coverage to medical tourism patients.

He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague and holds certifications in Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS), IMPACT (Ill Medical Patient Acute Care and Treatment), Advanced Life Support - Resuscitation, and Basic Life Support. He has specialized in Emergency Pathology and Geriatrics, Surgery, and Cardiology, and possesses valuable professional experience in numerous hospitals both in Greece and abroad. Kalliampakos Dimitris is a Military Doctor – Specialist in Internal Medicine and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. Dr. Tofas Polydoros is an Internist - Infectious Disease Specialist with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras, specialized in infectious diseases, and obtained his pathology specialty at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko".
