Μαζί μπορούμε να δουλέψουμε πάνω σε μοτίβα σκέψης και συμπεριφοράς που σας κρατούν πίσω, να διαχειριστούμε το άγχος, να μειώσουμε τα συμπτώματα της κατάθλιψης και να ενισχύσουμε την αυτοεκτίμηση και την ψυχική ανθεκτικότητα.

Η επιστημονική μου εκπαίδευση περιλαμβάνει Πτυχίο Ψυχολογίας και Μεταπτυχιακό στην Κλινική Νευροψυχολογία, καθώς και συνεχιζόμενη εκπαίδευση στην Γνωσιακή Συμπεριφορική θεραπεία και την Ψυχοδυναμική Ψυχοθεραπεία.
