Io Mpaltatzi is a Psychologist – Psychotherapist licensed to practice. She maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro and offers psychological support to adults both in person and online.
Simultaneously, she is the head of the Psychometric Assessments and Communication Department at IMEQ-CENTER.
She holds a Degree in Psychology and a Master's Diploma in Health Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University. She has specialized in the Person-Centered Psychotherapeutic Approach at University of Strathclyde and has been trained in Health Coaching through the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has completed a specialized seminar in stress management from Harvard Medical School. Finally, she has specialized in Sex Therapy and Sexology for individuals and couples through the Center for Systemic Study and Therapy of Thessaloniki.
Her professional experience includes psychological and counseling support for volunteers and individuals with disabilities, as well as collaboration with schools within the framework of parallel support for children with mental difficulties or disabilities. She completed her internship at the General State Hospital of Nikaia.
She remains actively committed to continuous scientific training, attending seminars and conferences related to her field of expertise.
