Εν συνεχεία, το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2019-2020, εξειδικεύτηκε στον τομέα της Νευρο-Οφθαλμολογίας (διάρκεια Fellowship 1 έτος) ως προσκεκλημένος Neuro-Ophthalmology International Fellow στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Harvard, στο νοσοκομείο Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, στην Βοστώνη των ΗΠΑ, υπό την καθοδήγηση των παγκοσμίου φήμης καθηγητών Νευρο-Οφθαλμολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου Harvard, Dr Joseph Rizzo III και Dr Dean Cestari. Κατά την παραμονή του στις ΗΠΑ, o κος Σαϊτάκης συμμετείχε με εργασίες στο Συνέδριο Νευρο-Οφθαλμολογίας της Βορείου Αμερικής (NANOS) και ανέλαβε ερευνητικά projects στο πεδίο της νευρο-οφθαλμολογικής προσβολής στην ‘’IgG4-related disease’’, συνεργαζόμενος με τον φημισμένο καθηγητή Ρευματολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου του Harvard, Dr John Stone. Είναι κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος (MSc) «Οπτική και Όραση» του Βαρδινογιάννειου Εργαστηρίου Μεταμοσχεύσεων και Μικροχειρουργικής του Οφθαλμού (IVO) και της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης, αποφοιτώντας από το διετές πρόγραμμα με τον υψηλότερο βαθμό. Ntora Euthalia is a Ophthalmic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Nea Ionia, Attica. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized at the General Hospital of Katerini and in the First University Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA.
