Ο Σαϊτάκης Γιώργος είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Νέα Ερυθραία. Εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών κατόπιν Πανελληνίων εισαγωγικών εξετάσεων. She is a graduate and holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Ophthalmology.
