Η Μπλαζάκη Στυλιανή, MSc, PhD είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος διατηρώντας ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Γέρακα.Απέκτησε τον τίτλος της Ιατρικής από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης. Είναι σε θέση να διαχειριστεί εξειδικευμένα περιστατικά διαβητικής αμφιβληστροειδοπάθειας, ηλικιακής εκφύλισης ωχράς κηλίδας, αποφράξεων φλέβας καθώς και επεμβατικές διαδικασίες όπως ενδοϋαλοειδικές εγχύσεις φαρμάκων, φωτοδυναμική θεραπεία, φωτοπηξία αμφιβληστροειδούς. Αποτελεί μέλος της ιατρικής ομάδας της Οφθαλμοχειρουργικής μονάδας Eye Day Clinic. Διαθέτει χειρουργική εμπειρία στην επέμβαση του καταρράκτη με μονοεστιακούς και πολυεστιακούς φακούς (διόρθωση πρεσβυωπίας) και στη διαθλαστική χειρουργική (laser μυωπίας, αστιγματισμού, cross linking).
