Ο Διονύσιος Τριανταφύλλου MD, MSc, PhDc, FEBO είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος με εξειδίκευση στις παθήσεις και τις επεμβάσεις του κερατοειδούς και του προσθίου ημιμορίου. Η Μπλαζάκη Στυλιανή, MSc, PhD είναι Χειρουργός Οφθαλμίατρος διατηρώντας ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Γέρακα.Απέκτησε τον τίτλος της Ιατρικής από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης.
