Από το 2022 είναι υποψήφιος διδάκτωρ στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, με ερευνητικό αντικείμενο τη χρήση της συνεστιακής μικροσκοπίας στις παθήσεις του κερατοειδούς. Από το 2024, παρακολουθεί το δεύτερο μεταπτυχιακό του στο ΕΚΠΑ με τίτλο «Αντιμετώπιση Διαθλαστικών Εκτροπών και Διαθλαστικές Επεμβάσεις».
