Η Δρ. Πολυτάρχου Καλή είναι Καρδιολόγος, Επιμελήτρια του Α΄ Καρδιολογικού τμήματος / Ηλεκτροφυσιολογίας και Βηματοδοτών του Ερρίκος Ντυνάν Hospital Center, ενώ διατηρεί και ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Γλυφάδα. Εν συνεχεία, υπηρέτησε επί ένα έτος στο Ειδικό Αντικαρκινικό Νοσοκομείο Πειραία "Μεταξά", ως επιμελήτρια Καρδιολόγος, με ιδιαίτερη ενασχόληση την Καρδιο- Ογκολογία. Η κ. Πολυτάρχου έχει σημαντικό επιστημονικό και ερευνητικό έργο με πλήθος δημοσιευμένων επιστημονικών άρθρων σε έγκριτα διεθνή ξενόγλωσσα περιοδικά με υψηλό συντελεστή απήχησης (impact factor), καθώς και σε διεθνή και ελληνικά επιστημονικά συνέδρια Καρδιολογίας. Dr. Tsagkou Vasiliki is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Galatsi.
