Εν συνεχεία και με υποτροφία της Ελληνικής Καρδιολογικής Εταιρίας, ξεκίνησε την εκπαίδευση του στις Συγγενείς καρδιοπάθειες και στην Πνευμονική Υπέρταση Ενηλίκων και Παίδων αρχικά στο Πανεπιστημιακό νοσοκομείο του MANCHESTER και κατόπιν στο ROYAL BROMPTON HOSPITAL. Αμέσως μετά και επι διετία συνέχισε την εκπαίδευση του στο ROYAL BROMPTON HOSPITAL στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο στις Συγγενείς καρδιόπαθειες και την πνευμονική υπέρταση ενώ εξειδικεύτηκε περαιτέρω και στην Υπερηχογραφία των συγγενών καρδιοπαθειών και στην Δυναμική υπερηχογραφία (Stress echo). Κατά την εκπαίδευση του στις συγγενείς καρδιόπαθειες πραγματοποίησα πάνω από 1500 υπερηχογραφήματα καρδιάς σε ασθενείς με συγγενή καρδιοπάθεια και πνευμονική υπέρταση ενώ έκανε περισσότερους από 200 δεξιούς καθετηριασμούς σε ασθενείς με πνευμονική υπέρταση. Ο ιατρός διετέλεσε Επιμελητής στο τμήμα συγγενών καρδιοπαθειών στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Liverpool ενώ τα τελευταία χρόνια διατελεί Επιμελητής στο Τμήμα Συγγενών Καρδιοπαθειών και Παιδοκαρδιολογίας στο Νοσοκομείο ΜΗΤΕΡΑ κι είναι επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης της Καρδιολογικής Κλινικής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και του 251 Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αεροπορίας. Koinakis Nikolaos is an Adult and Pediatric Cardiologist and maintains private practices in Kallithea, Glyfada, and Sitia, Crete. He is a graduate of Biology and the Medical School of the University of Crete. He specialized in cardiology at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" of Voula. During his specialization, he trained in pediatric cardiology at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia". Η Τζίφα Αφροδίτη MD (Res), PhD, MRCP, FRCPCH είναι Παιδοκαρδιολόγος και Καρδιολόγος Συγγενών Καρδιοπαθειών Ενηλίκων. Tελεί Διευθύντρια της Κλινικής Παιδοκαρδιολογίας και Συγγενών Καρδιοπαθειών Ενηλίκων του Νοσοκομείου "Μητέρα", Oμίλου Υγεία, καθώς και Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer στο Πανεπιστήμιο King’s College Λονδίνου. Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και στη συνέχεια μετέβη στην Αγγλία το 1996, όπου ειδικεύτηκε στην Παιδιατρική και αργότερα στην Παιδοκαρδιολογία και τις Συγγενείς Καρδιοπάθειες Ενηλίκων. Εξειδικεύτηκε στην επεμβατική καρδιολογία συγγενών καρδιοπαθειών σε παιδιά και ενήλικες, τόσο στην Αγγλία, όσο και στην Βοστώνη, όπου έλαβε εκπαίδευση στις εφαρμογές της επεμβατικής καρδιολογίας στην εμβρυική ζωή. Έχει εργαστεί σε όλους τους τομείς που άπτονται της φροντίδας των παιδιατρικών και ενηλίκων ασθενών με συγγενή καρδιοπάθεια, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της μονάδας εντατικής θεραπείας και της περιεγχειρητικής φροντίδας νεογνών, βρεφών παιδιών και ενηλίκων με συγγενή καρδιοπάθεια με εμπειρία άνω των 22 ετών. Έχει ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στην περιεγχειρητική απεικόνιση με διοισοφάγεια και επικαρδιακή υπερηχογραφία και έχει συνολικά πραγματοποιήσει πάνω από 25.000 διαθωρακικά υπερηχογραφήματα και 2500 καθετηριασμούς καρδιάς σε παιδιά και ενήλικες. Η κ. Τζίφα έχει εκπαιδευτεί επιπλέον στη μαγνητική τομογραφία καρδιάς για συγγενείς καρδιοπάθειες και πραγματοποιεί υβριδικούς καθετηριασμούς καρδιάς σε συνδυασμό με μαγνητική τομογραφία. Το Δεκέμβριο του 2009 ηγήθηκε ενός ερευνητικού προγράμματος που οδήγησε στον πρώτο παγκοσμίως επεμβατικό καθετηριασμό αμιγώς υπό μαγνητική τομογραφία. Επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2010 και εκτός του Νοσοκομείου "Μητέρα", εργάζεται ως Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης των Νοσοκομείων "Υγεία" και "Λητώ". Έχει διατελέσει ειδική Γραμματέας της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Παιδιατρικής Καρδιολογίας, καθώς και Πρόεδρος της Ομάδας Εργασίας Πνευμονικής Υπέρτασης, Συγγενών Καρδιοπαθειών και Βαλβιδοπαθειών της Ελληνικής Καρδιολογικής Εταιρείας. Εξελέγη πρόσφατα ως αντιπρόσωπος της Ελλάδας στην Ευρωπαϊκή Παιδοκαρδιολογική Εταιρεία. Έχει πλούσιο συγγραφικό και ερευνητικό έργο, ενώ έχει ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον και ενασχόληση σχετικά με την εκπαίδευση νέων συναδέλφων. Η συνεργασία της με το Πανεπιστήμιο King’s College προσβλέπει στη διατήρηση και ενίσχυση των ερευνητικών και εκπαιδευτικών ενδιαφερόντων της. Τα μελλοντικά της σχέδια εστιάζονται στην κλινική έρευνα στα πεδία της επεμβατικής καρδιολογίας και απεικόνισης καθώς και την διεπιστημονική συνεργασία σε ειδικά θέματα συγγενών καρδιοπαθειών στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.

Christina Rogakou is a Cardiologist specialized in congenital heart disease in both children and adults, as well as in interventional cardiology. She has extensive clinical experience in specialized cardiology centers in Germany and Greece and holds a PhD from Heidelberg University, with her research focusing on out-of-hospital resuscitation by laypersons.

She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and obtained her cardiology specialization in 2017, having completed her residency at the Duisburg Cardiology Center in Germany. She then worked there as a Senior Registrar and, from 2020 to 2023, served as Head of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Unit. She has also received additional training in pediatric cardiology and structural heart diseases through postgraduate programs at the University of Münster.

Since 2023, she has been collaborating with the Pediatric Cardiology Department of the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center in Athens, while also working with Hygeia Hospital and Euroclinic Athens. She is a member of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology, the German Society of Cardiology, the German Society for Pediatric Cardiology, and the German Resuscitation Council. She speaks fluent Greek, German, and English.

Stella Maurommati is a Pediatric Cardiologist – Pediatrician with complete training and specialization in Germany. She has extensive clinical experience in referral hospitals, primarily focused on the diagnosis, monitoring, and management of congenital and acquired cardiac conditions in infants and children, as well as general pediatric care. She is experienced in diagnostic ultrasonography and in the care of children with increased monitoring needs. She provided pediatric cardiology assessment and follow-up for elite athletes within the framework of the Essen Olympic Training Center, ensuring their safe participation in sports. Currently, she works at MITERA Hospital, delivering responsible, modern, and individualized medical care, emphasizing child safety and appropriate parental education.

Klotsa Dimitra is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Zografou. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and received further training in echocardiography at King’s College Hospital in London. There, she specialized in the Heart Failure Clinic (diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients) and in the ultrasound department, performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms on patients with heart failure. Additionally, she specialized in Pathology at the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi" and in Cardiology at the Cardiology Clinic of the Nursing Institution of the Army Pension Fund (NIMTS). Kanellopoulos Georgios is a Cardiologist with a private practice in Chalandri. He holds a medical degree from the School of Health Sciences at the University of Crete. He has worked as a Pathology trainee and subsequently as a Cardiology trainee at the "Korgialeneio Benakeio" Hospital, and served as Consultant at the 3rd Cardiology Clinic of IASO General Hospital. Dr. Papadimitriou Fotios is a Cardiologist who has maintained a private practice in Moschato since 2000. Karamanou Aleksandra is a Cardiologist and PhD holder from the University of Athens, with a private practice in Agios Dimitrios, actively engaged in the full spectrum of cardiology. She studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During her studies, she worked for 3 months at Kantonspital Bruderholz in Switzerland. As a rural doctor, she served for 2 years at the Peripheral Clinic of Gravia and at the General Hospital of Amfissa from 2005 to 2007. As a Cardiology Resident, she worked at Sismanoglio Hospital in Athens and completed her specialty training at the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voulas". She also worked as a Scientific Collaborator at the 2nd University Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" during the preparation of her doctoral thesis. Additionally, she holds certification from the Hellenic Cardiological Society for smoking cessation. Finally, she has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences presenting her research work and has published articles in both Greek and international journals. She collaborates with diagnostic centers and private clinics in Athens.

Dr. Xatzianesti Fryni Cardiofocus, MD, MSc, is a Specialist Cardiologist at HYGEIA Hospital and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. She has specialized at the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center in cardiovascular imaging (stress echo, strain echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiogram) and is clinically and scientifically engaged in heart failure. She holds certification from the Hellenic Cardiological Society in smoking cessation, operating one of the few certified cardiology clinics in this field. She graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a master's degree (MSc) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in International Medicine - Infectious Diseases and Disaster Medicine. Karampekos Dimitrios is a Specialist Cardiologist and maintains a private practice in Palaio Faliro. He completed his specialty in Cardiology at one of the largest hospitals in Athens, the General State Hospital of Nikaia, thus acquiring significant clinical experience in managing acute and chronic cardiology cases. His private practice provides high-level services using modern diagnostic tools (echocardiography, cardiac rhythm Holter, blood pressure Holter). Additionally, he has substantial experience in various therapeutic areas, including arterial hypertension, hyperlipidemia, arrhythmia management, coronary artery disease, heart failure, preschool and pre-athletic screening.

Dr. Syros Periklis is a Cardiologist - Arrhythmologist - Interventional Electrophysiologist and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki.
