Ο Χρήστος Κατσούλης είναι Στρατιωτικός Ιατρός, Ειδικός Παθολόγος - Διαβητολόγος. Είναι απόφοιτος του Ιατρικού τμήματος της Στρατιωτικής Σχολή Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ) στην οποία εισήχθη το 1986 έπειτα από πανελλαδικές εξετάσεις, ενώ ταυτόχρονα σπούδασε στο Ιατρικό Τμήμα της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης από όπου και έλαβε το πτυχίο του το 1992, αποφοιτώντας ταυτόχρονα από τη ΣΣΑΣ. Έλαβε την άδεια ασκήσεως ιατρικού επαγγέλματος το 1993 και το 1994 επιλέχθηκε κατόπιν εξετάσεων που διοργάνωσε η Διεύθυνση Υγειονομικού για να λάβει την ειδικότητα της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας. Ειδικεύτηκε στην ειδικότητα της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας για πέντε έτη, από το 1996 έως το 2001, αρχικά στη Παθολογική Κλινική του 424 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Εκπαιδεύσεως και στη συνέχεια στην Α’ Παθολογική Κλινική του Νομαρχιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης "Άγιος Δημήτριος", με εκπαίδευση και στη Μονάδα Περιτοναϊκής Κάθαρσης. Ταυτόχρονα συμμετείχε στο υπερτασιολογικό ιατρείο, λαμβάνοντας στο τελευταίο έτος τρίμηνες εκπαιδεύσεις στην Καρδιολογία και την Εντατική Θεραπεία. Πέτυχε στις εξετάσεις ειδικότητας Παθολογίας τον Ιούνιο του 2001 και έλαβε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας του Ειδικού Παθολόγου τον Αύγουστο του 2001. Έχει εργαστεί ως Επιμελητής στην Παθολογική Κλινική του 424 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Εκπαιδεύσεως, με πλήρη συμμετοχή στο κλινικό, εκπαιδευτικό και ερευνητικό έργο της κλινικής. Έχει εξειδικευτεί στον σακχαρώδη διαβήτη στο Διαβητολογικό Κέντρο της Β΄ Προπαιδευτικής Παθολογικής Κλινικής του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης "Ιπποκράτειο", εξειδίκευση που αναγνωρίστηκε από την Διεύθυνση Δημόσιας Υγιεινής της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης Δημόσιας Υγείας του Υπουργείου Υγείας μετά από γνωμοδότηση της Γνωμοδοτικής Επιτροπής για το Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη. Από το Φεβρουάριο του 2025 του ανατέθηκε η διεύθυνση της Β’ Παθολογικής Κλινικής του 424 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Εκπαιδεύσεως την οποία κατέχει έως τώρα. Έχει υπηρετήσει επί σειρά ετών σε μονάδες εκστρατείας των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων, επιτελώντας διοικητικό και επιτελικό έργο ταυτόχρονα με το ιατρικό. Ενημερώνεται διαρκώς για τις τελευταίες εξελίξεις στην Παθολογία και στην Διαβητολογία, συμμετέχοντας ενεργά σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια. Τέλος, είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Διαβητολογικής Εταιρίας (ΕΔΕ) και της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Μελέτης και Εκπαίδευσης για τον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη (ΕΛΕΜΕΔ).

Dr. Margouta Anastasia is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. She holds a Doctorate and a Master's Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Dr. Margouta specializes in hypertension and diabetes mellitus, the holistic management of obesity, as well as stress. She has worked for many years in university hospitals in Greece and abroad. The services she provides include: regulation and monitoring of blood pressure with 24-hour recording using a high-precision Holter monitor, diabetes management and control, early and timely detection of complications of diabetes mellitus affecting the small and large vessels of the body (retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, coronary heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cerebrovascular disease) and aggressive management of these in collaboration with leading colleagues of the corresponding specialties. Additionally, she provides early diagnosis and treatment of specific infections. Furthermore, she has undergone further training in issues related to obesity, stress, and health. She has participated in clinical studies approved by the National Organization for Medicines (EOF) and in research projects, with publications in Greek and international medical journals, as well as articles in magazines and books in both Greek and foreign languages. She has also specialized in major hospitals in London and Zurich, Switzerland.

Zormpas Vasileios is a Pathologist and maintains a private practice in Nafpaktos. He studied at the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and subsequently served as a rural service physician at the General Hospital of Messolonghi - Health Center of Nafpaktos - Regional Clinic of Platanos. He specialized in Pathology at the University General Hospital of Patras and received further training in Clinical Hepatology following participation in the 16th school of the Hellenic Association for the Study of the Liver.

Kleitsas Aggelos is a Specialist in Internal Medicine – Diabetology and maintains a private practice in Kalamaria. He studied at the School of Medicine of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He then completed his rural service at the Health Center of Nea Moudania, Chalkidiki, followed by a five-year specialty in Internal Medicine under distinguished physicians of the 1st Internal Medicine Clinic of Agios Dimitrios Hospital in Thessaloniki. After obtaining his specialty, he trained in renal replacement therapy methods at the Nephrology Department of Hippokration Hospital in Thessaloniki. Subsequently, upon starting his private practice, he concurrently worked at the Hemodialysis Unit of Galinos Clinic during the period 2003-2005. In mid-2003, he began working at the IKA polyclinic in the Votsi area of Thessaloniki. He served there for 11 consecutive years and was the head of the clinic for the last two years. His education was further enriched with a two-year specialization in the complex field of diabetes mellitus at Papageorgiou Hospital during 2005-2007. Subsequently, after collaborating with the Medical Diavalkaniko Center of Thessaloniki, he served for three years as Director and Scientific Supervisor of the Internal Medicine Department at THERMI Clinic.

Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. He has actively participated in numerous educational activities, both as a trainee and as a lecturer, including seminars, conferences, and training workshops.​
