Είναι η πρώτη χειρουργός στην Ελλάδα που κατακτά αυτό το σημαντικό δίπλωμα κάνοντας πράξη τα όσα πρεσβεύει για τη συνεχιζόμενη υψηλού επιπέδου εκπαίδευση και εφαρμογή των αρτιότερων τεχνικών χειρουργικής σύμφωνα με τα διεθνή πρωτόκολλα.

Ο Φουντουλάκης Εμμανουήλ είναι Χειρουργός Ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος - Παιδο-ΩΡΛ και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στην Πετρούπολη και στο Ελληνικό.

Είναι αριστούχος πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Νάπολης Ιταλίας. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στην πανεπιστημιακή ΩΡΛ κλινική του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ηρακλείου.

Είναι επιμελητής παιδο-ΩΡΛ του ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων και επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του ΙΑΣΩ και της Κεντρικής Κλινικής Αθηνών.

Ο ιατρός, από το 2013, στα ιδιωτικά του ιατρεία αντιμετωπίζει πλήθος περιστατικών ενηλίκων και παίδων που άπτονται όλου του φάσματος της ειδικότητάς του.
