Επίσης έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί στη χειρουργική ωτός και κροταφικού οστού, στην ενδοσκοπική χειρουργική ρινός και παραρινίων κόλπων στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ο Ευαγγελισμός», καθώς και στη ρινοπλαστική και πλαστική χειρουργική προσώπου στο διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο κέντρο ΩΡΛ - Χειρουργικής Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου του Λίβερπουλ της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας. Ακόμη, έχει υπάρξει επί σειρά ετών συνεργάτης της μονάδας εντατικής νοσηλείας νεογνών (ΜΕΝΝ) της Γ΄ Πανεπιστημιακής Παιδιατρικής Κλινικής του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου «Αττικόν», αναλαμβάνοντας τον προληπτικό έλεγχο ακοής των νεογνών με τις πλέον σύγχρονες δοκιμασίες των ωτοακουστικών εκπομπών και προκλητών δυναμικών εγκεφάλου. Είναι μόνιμος στρατιωτικός ιατρός στο Πολεμικό Ναυτικό και υπηρετεί ως Επιμελητής της ΩΡΛ Κλινικής του Ναυτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών. Συγχρόνως είναι συνεργάτης ιδιωτικών κλινικών της Αθήνας, όπου πραγματοποιεί χειρουργικές επεμβάσεις. Ο Στυλιανός Δημητρόπουλος MD, MSc είναι Χειρουργός ΩΡΛ – Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στον Άγιο Δημήτριο.

Είναι απόφοιτος Ιατρικής Σχολής του Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος Master στη Διοίκηση Μονάδων Υγείας και Ιατροκοινωνικής φροντίδας του Κρατικού Γαλλικού Πανεπιστημίου «Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers» (CNAM). Giopanou Maria is an Otolaryngologist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi.
