Simitsis Stylianos is a Cardiologist with a private practice in Mavili Square. He holds a PhD in Cardiology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officers School of Corps. Additionally, he has completed further training in the United States as a Fellow in Cardiology at Mount Sinai Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center - Joint Diseases. He has served as Consultant - Director in various military hospitals, primarily at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and has been involved in cardiology for over 40 years, treating tens of thousands of patients with valvular diseases, coronary artery disease, and hyperlipidemia. Furthermore, he is an Associate Physician at Metropolitan General and the Nursing Foundation of the Army Shareholders Fund (NIMTS). His practice offers all necessary medical and preventive examinations, such as cardiac and thoracic aorta Triplex ultrasound, electrocardiogram, and stress testing.
