Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Finally, he has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and Europe, including the International Sports Medicine Conference under the auspices of FIFA in London and Milan, and was a speaker at the scientific workshop of the Hellenic McKenzie Institute on the topic "Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Ankle Joint".

Piskopaki Sofia is a Physiotherapy graduate from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, since 2014, and a registered member of the HCPC (Health Care Professional Council) as well as the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. Since December 2022, she holds the OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative/Musculoskeletal Therapy) qualification from the internationally certified educational organization Hellenic OMTDiploma (IFOMPT approved). Her clinical experience began in 2015, working alongside renowned physiotherapists in Athens who supported her active engagement in the physiotherapy field as well as in seminar education. Consequently, in 2022, she decided to start as a freelancer in Heraklion, Crete, in a 330 sqm facility in Agios Ioannis with 4 treatment rooms and 2 gyms (therapeutic exercise and clinical Pilates).
