Trigonis Sotirios is a General Practitioner with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holds a postgraduate degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health, and a postgraduate diploma from EKAB in Emergency Prehospital Medicine. He has extensive experience in managing emergency cases, home care, and treating patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and obesity, while also implementing the Eurodiet medical weight management method. In addition to his private practice, he serves as an emergency and chronic disease management physician at the modern polyclinic of Alimos. Previously, he was the head of emergency cases at the Polyclinic of the Olympic Village and served as Scientific Director at the Health Center of Keratea. Furthermore, he continues to collaborate with numerous private clinics to date.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Tsantilas Apostolos MD, MSc is a General Practitioner who maintains a private practice in Melissia. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he graduated from the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS) and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous hospitals, and currently, alongside his private practice, he serves as an Emergency and Chronic Cases Physician at the "Medifirst" Polyclinic, Consultant at the Emergency Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and collaborates with the Elderly Care Home "Agios Symeon." Finally, the doctor has served as an instructor at the Combat Nursing School within the Army Special Forces Directorate, as well as at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Stamouli Euaggelia PhD is a General Practitioner and operates a private clinic in Kifisia. She is a graduated Doctor with honors and an alumna of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in General Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko" and in 2004, after examinations, acquired the specialty title in General Medicine. She has gained valuable professional experience, having worked for several years in the Directorate of Public Health and Social Services at the Municipality of Piraeus and the Prefecture of Athens, and served as an auxiliary physician at the National Center for Emergency Care of Athens. Currently, she is an External Collaborator in clinical and scientific activities of the Psychogeriatric Clinic at the 1st University Psychiatric Clinic of Aeginiteio Hospital of Athens. Additionally, she has participated in the development of papers and studies mainly related to geriatrics and psychogeriatrics, while ensuring to attend conferences and seminars on topics concerning general medicine, covering a broad spectrum of acute or chronic diseases across all age groups.

General family physician Dr Karvouni Lamprini maintains her practice in Pefki, Attica, and manages a wide range of cases concerning the holistic care of patients. Dr Karvouni initially began her studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in the Department of Nursing, where she obtained her degree in 2010. She then continued her education at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, graduating in 2017. Subsequently, she worked for 7 years within the National Health System (ESY) as a General Medicine resident at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia "Konstantopouleio," participating in clinical practice and shift duties in both inpatient wards and the emergency department. She gained experience in primary healthcare by completing her training at the Koropi Health Center, where she was involved in emergency services as well as routine morning clinics. Dr Karvouni actively participates in numerous conferences and seminars to optimize and update her knowledge and practices in Medical Science. Dr Kapitsimadis Fragkiskos is a General Practitioner and operates two private clinics located at Kifisias Avenue 119 and Solomou Dionysiou Street 22 in Marousi. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation titled "The effects of atmospheric pollution on the respiratory system of postal workers: A study in the Attica basin." He specialized in General Medicine at the General State Hospital of Athens and holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. Additionally, Dr Kapitsimadis was awarded the Environmental Sensitivity Award in the category of "scientific study" during the Oikopolis 2010 event.
