He is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his postgraduate studies in "International Medicine/Health Crisis Management" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he graduated from the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS) and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous hospitals, and currently, alongside his private practice, he serves as an Emergency and Chronic Cases Physician at the "Medifirst" Polyclinic, Consultant at the Emergency Department of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, and collaborates with the Elderly Care Home "Agios Symeon." Finally, the doctor has served as an instructor at the Combat Nursing School within the Army Special Forces Directorate, as well as at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Trigonis Sotirios is a General Practitioner with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holds a postgraduate degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health, and a postgraduate diploma from EKAB in Emergency Prehospital Medicine. He has extensive experience in managing emergency cases, home care, and treating patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and obesity, while also implementing the Eurodiet medical weight management method. Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. Siatos Georgios is a General Practitioner who operates a private clinic in Chalandri. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague and holds certifications in Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS), IMPACT (Ill Medical Patient Acute Care and Treatment), Advanced Life Support - Resuscitation, and Basic Life Support. He has specialized in Emergency Pathology and Geriatrics, Surgery, and Cardiology, and possesses valuable professional experience in numerous hospitals both in Greece and abroad. Currently, in addition to his private practice, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Central Clinic of Athens, Scientific Director of the nursing homes "The Good Samaritan" and "Panagia Eleousa," and an external Scientific Collaborator at the Psychotherapeutic Center "Lyrakou." Furthermore, he is the Responsible Physician at the Friendship Club (KAPI) Clinic of the Municipality of Vrilissia. Lastly, his commitment to professional development and staying updated in his field is noteworthy, as he consistently attends scientific conferences held in Greece and internationally.

General family physician Dr Karvouni Lamprini maintains her practice in Pefki, Attica, and manages a wide range of cases concerning the holistic care of patients. Dr Karvouni initially began her studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in the Department of Nursing, where she obtained her degree in 2010. She then continued her education at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, graduating in 2017. Subsequently, she worked for 7 years within the National Health System (ESY) as a General Medicine resident at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia "Konstantopouleio," participating in clinical practice and shift duties in both inpatient wards and the emergency department. She gained experience in primary healthcare by completing her training at the Koropi Health Center, where she was involved in emergency services as well as routine morning clinics. Dr Karvouni actively participates in numerous conferences and seminars to optimize and update her knowledge and practices in Medical Science. Dr Kapitsimadis Fragkiskos is a General Practitioner and operates two private clinics located at Kifisias Avenue 119 and Solomou Dionysiou Street 22 in Marousi. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation titled "The effects of atmospheric pollution on the respiratory system of postal workers: A study in the Attica basin."
