Ioannidis Emmanouil is an Interventional Cardiologist with a private practice in Nea Ionia, Attica. He is a Consultant at the General Hospital of Athens "Red Cross," where he is active in the Acute Coronary Syndromes Unit and serves as the Head of the Lipid Clinic, while also participating actively in the Hemodynamics Laboratory. Additionally, he collaborates with the “Errikos Dynan” Clinic, expanding his activities in the private hospital sector. In his private practice, he provides comprehensive cardiological care with a focus on dyslipidemia, hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, and valvular heart diseases, utilizing modern diagnostic tools such as cardiac triplex and Holter monitoring. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation from the same institution. He specialized in Cardiology at the General Hospital of Nikaia – Agios Panteleimon, one of the largest hospitals in the country in terms of patient volume and cardiological emergencies. Subsequently, he served for four years as an Assistant Consultant B’ at the “Sismanogleio” Hospital, where he completed his specialization in Interventional Cardiology, gaining experience in angioplasty and the management of acute coronary syndromes. He holds the European Certification in Echocardiography (EACVI) and has official recognition of specialization in Interventional Cardiology from KESY. He has significant scientific activity, with participation in Greek and international conferences and publications.
