Tsaggaris Adamantios is an Interventional Cardiologist, maintains a private practice in Marousi, and serves as a Cardiologist Consultant at the Red Cross (Korgialeneio - Benakeio EES). He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Pathology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in the USA. He specialized in Cardiology at the University of Minnesota in the USA. He completed subspecialty training in interventional cardiology and structural cardiology (TAVI, MitraClip, Watchman) at the University of Minnesota in the USA (worked at VA MPLS, Fairview Hospital, Southdale Hospital). He is a Diplomate of the American College of Cardiology. He has been awarded, following examinations, the American Subspecialty Certificates in Cardiology (ABIM-Cardiology) and Interventional Cardiology (ABIM-Interventional Cardiology). He is board certified in echocardiography (National Board of Echocardiography). He has published papers in international scientific journals and has presented at Greek, American, and European conferences. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology as well as the Hellenic Cardiological Society. In his practice, he manages cases covering the entire spectrum of cardiology and specializes in coronary artery disease and valvular heart diseases (interventional and structural cardiology).

My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. Η Εύα Καρανίκκη είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας - Διατροφής Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου, από το οποίο αποφοίτησε με υποτροφία. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα από το 2017, διαθέτοντας σημαντική εμπειρία τόσο σε κλινικό όσο και σε ιδιωτικό επίπεδο.

Είναι αριστούχος του μεταπτυχιακού προγράμματος ΕΚΠΑ στη Νεοπλασματική Νόσο, ενώ είναι υποψήφια διδάκτωρ στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο με αντικείμενο τη θρεπτική υποστήριξη χειρουργικών ασθενών με καρκίνο γαστρεντερικού συστήματος. Παράλληλα, ασχολείται κλινικά και ερευνητικά με την παχυσαρκία και τη βαριατρική χειρουργική.

Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. In the past, she served as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at a Nutrition and Aesthetics Center and completed her internship in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the Korgialeneio-Benakio General Hospital (Red Cross). Grivea Ifigeneia - Nourish Lab is a clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Metamorfosi, Attica. She is a graduate of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She holds certified training in genomic nutrition from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has received training from the Hellenic Nutrition Society in pediatric nutrition. She has attended numerous nutrition conferences both in-person and virtually. She has many years of experience in chronic, metabolic, and autoimmune diseases, having served as the scientific director of the nutrition department in a private clinic in Attica. Since 2025, she has been a regular member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians-Nutritionists.

Kritsini Olga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a graduate of the University of Crete and contributes articles to various scientific websites on topics of nutrition and wellness. She has extensive experience in a Dietetic Unit and an Endocrinology Clinic in Athens. Additionally, she has participated in and attended numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Dr. Dermitzakis Stylianos is a Pathologist, founder and owner of the Premedicare Medical Center. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and holds a postgraduate degree in "Health Unit Management" from the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University of Patras. Within his specialty training, he served at the 1st IKA Hospital "Papadimitriou," the Regional General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio," as well as at the Military Fund Nursing Institution NIMTS. Oikonomopoulou Eudokia - Evina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Kifisia. She completed her studies in dietetics at the University of Hertfordshire and Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
