As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Pathologist Dr. Syneifakoulis Theoxaris is the third generation of physicians in his family. He graduated with "Excellent" from the Medical School of the University of Pécs, Hungary, and was awarded his Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, having completed his dissertation on skin melanoma. Additionally, he is a member of the RCPSG (Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow) and collaborates with the private hospitals "Hygeia" and "Euroclinic".

Dr. Syneifakoulis Theoxaris's further specialization and sequential years of training, including postgraduate studies in Mountain Medicine at the University of Leicester, U.K., as well as his certifications as an instructor for the American Heart Association ("AHA"), the European Resuscitation Council ("ERC"), Prehospital Trauma Life Support ("PHTLS") by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians ("NAEMT"), and Advanced Trauma Life Support ("ATLS") from the American College of Surgeons ("ACS"), have inspired him to continue the family tradition and broaden his professional horizons. These qualifications have provided him with the motivation and tools to engage not only in Internal Medicine but also in Travel and Mountain Medicine, as well as emergency Prehospital Medicine, both as an instructor and as a healthcare professional.

Triantafyllis Dimitrios is a Cardiologist who maintains private practices in Kypseli and Nea Psychiko. He holds a medical degree from the University of Ioannina with further training in Echocardiography (stress echo, transesophageal studies, three-dimensional imaging) from the Hippocrates Hospital of Athens and the Educational Program of the International Academy of Medical Ultrasound in Berlin. In addition to his private practice, he is a Scientific Associate - Cardiologist at DTHKA "Hygeia" and head of the Stress Echo Department at the Central Athens Clinic. He has also collaborated with the Euroclinic of Athens, where he gained significant experience in performing stress echo and transesophageal echocardiographic studies. At his cardiology clinic and laboratory, he offers comprehensive and specialized cardiological examinations covering the entire spectrum of cardiovascular diseases.

Marikou Foteini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist MSc, graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at Harokopio University and holder of a Master's Degree from the Medical School of Athens titled "Pathology of Pregnancy - High Risk Pregnancy." As part of her undergraduate program, she completed internships at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, a private dietetic office, and a food industry company. Subsequently, she collaborated for several years with NGOs, where she provided voluntary nutritional support to cancer patients during and after anticancer treatments. Simultaneously, she has served as head dietitian - nutritionist in a large gym chain. She has been evaluating private cases since 2018, specializing in nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in cases of eating disorders and clinical conditions such as hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and specialized clinical conditions. Moreover, she continuously updates and actively follows the latest developments in the field of Nutrition and Health through educational seminars, conferences, and workshops. Since 2022, she has been operating her dietetic office in Ambelokipi, Attica, equipped with state-of-the-art technological equipment, catering to numerous individuals by personalizing her approach tailored to each person's specific needs.

Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for over 10 years. He holds official specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. He has a particular interest and involvement in diabetes technology and insulin pumps. He has participated as a volunteer physician in a Doctors Without Borders - Greece mission in Zambia and in programs within Greece. Finally, he is a member of the Hellenic Diabetological Association, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the Hellenic Society for the Study of Diabetic Foot Disorders, the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, and Doctors Without Borders - Greece.

Fountas Epameinondas is a Specialist Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi equipped with all modern cardiological devices in a pleasant and warm environment for the patient. In recent years, he has been working as a Consultant in the Cardiology Department of the Euroclinic of Athens. He began his specialization in 2016 at the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center, where he gained experience in complex and rare cardiological diseases, enabling him to manage any cardiological issue, no matter how complicated it may appear. She studied at the University of Hertfordshire and has worked as a Dietitian at the Cardiology Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon" and at Metaxa Hospital. She possesses extensive experience and manages issues such as the management of diabetes mellitus, obesity, eating disorders, nutritional counseling, clinical nutrition, and more.

Αναφορικά με το συγγραφικό της έργο, είναι συγγραφέας περισσότερων απο 480 άρθρων δημοσι­ευμένων σε έγκριτα διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά με κριτές με υψηλό συντελεστή απήχησης. Το αντικείμενο της έρευνας της έχει ως θέμα την κλινική καρδιολογία, και ειδικότερα την καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια και την ανάδειξη παραγόντων κινδύνου εμφάνισης της, καθώς και την καρδιακή απεικόνιση. Αναφορικά με το διοικητικό της έργο, είναι εκλεγμένο μέλος του πυρήνα διοίκησης του European Association of Preventive Cardiology|Population Health και μέλος της Επιτροπής διαμόρφωσης θεραπευτικών πρωροκόλλων του Υπουργείου Υγείας (από το 2016). Για το επιστημονικό της έργο έχει λάβει τιμητικές αναφορές και βραβεύσεις από διεθνή συνέδρια και οργανισμούς. Drasvestas Dimitris, MD is an Interventional Cardiologist - Electrophysiologist with private practices in Athens and Pallini. A graduate of the Medical School of the University of Bologna, Italy, he specialized at the 2nd Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" and obtained his Cardiology specialty title in 2014. He has specialized in Interventional Electrophysiology in the United Kingdom (Dorset Heart Centre - Royal Bournemouth Hospital, UK) under a scholarship from the Hellenic Cardiological Society. Additionally, he holds European certifications in Interventional Electrophysiology level 1 (ECDS level 1) and level 2 (ECES level 2). Currently, he serves as Deputy Director of the Cardiology Clinic at the Mitera Hospital of the Hygeia Group. In his private practices, he provides high-level services in all areas of cardiology, with particular emphasis on arrhythmias. Manou Eirini is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, MSc, licensed to practice and maintains a private practice in Patima, Chalandri. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a postgraduate degree in "Nutrition and Exercise" from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She has been trained in the management of eating disorders and obesity at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in the United Kingdom and the Educational and Treatment Center for Eating Disorders in Greece. She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio – Amalia Fleming" and began working as a Dietitian in the Nutrition Department of the hospital for 4 years, where she dealt with numerous clinical cases. Additionally, she collaborated for several years with various sports facilities and gyms, providing nutritional support and guidance to many athletes. She has extensive experience in the support of cases with eating disorders, regulation of body weight and metabolism, as well as clinical cases. She provides personalized nutrition services based on the needs and habits of her clients. Her goal is to educate and consequently promote the adoption of new, healthy eating habits by her clients, always placing particular emphasis on psychological support and empowerment through counseling. She has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to nutrition, exercise, obesity, and psychological support. Dr. Kourkouti Polina MD, PhD, MSc is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Holargos, while also serving as the Deputy Director of the First Cardiology Department of Electrophysiology and Cardiac Pacing at the Errikos Dynan Hospital Center. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an honors doctorate in medicine from the same institution. Additionally, she is an honors graduate with a master's degree in Intensive Care Units and cardiac nursing, awarded with a scholarship from the Hellenic Cardiological Society. She holds a series of accreditations in resuscitation techniques and has notably received the Advanced Life Support accreditation with top marks. Tsaggaris Adamantios is an Interventional Cardiologist, maintains a private practice in Marousi, and serves as a Cardiologist Consultant at the Red Cross (Korgialeneio - Benakeio EES). He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Pathology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in the USA. He specialized in Cardiology at the University of Minnesota in the USA. He completed subspecialty training in interventional cardiology and structural cardiology (TAVI, MitraClip, Watchman) at the University of Minnesota in the USA (worked at VA MPLS, Fairview Hospital, Southdale Hospital). He has been awarded, following examinations, the American Subspecialty Certificates in Cardiology (ABIM-Cardiology) and Interventional Cardiology (ABIM-Interventional Cardiology). He is board certified in echocardiography (National Board of Echocardiography). He has published papers in international scientific journals and has presented at Greek, American, and European conferences. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology as well as the Hellenic Cardiological Society. In his practice, he manages cases covering the entire spectrum of cardiology and specializes in coronary artery disease and valvular heart diseases (interventional and structural cardiology).
